We stayed only 24 hours, a bit short to fully enjoy the place. Everything fits together, the rooms, the food, the location, the service and the wildlife. It became immediately clear that there is paid attention to the smallest detail, from the amenities in the bathroom, to the way the food is presented. The place is hosting lion, elephant and...

Exceptional experience in Zulu Camp. Lots of wildlife in the reserve (big 5). Great team of rangers to bring you around. Very good team in the hotel divided in 8 chalets: exceptional service team, good spa, great chef.

“Shambhala” is the name of a mythical kingdom in Central Asia where the people enjoyed harmony, good health, and well-being. The basis for such an enlightened society is the people’s confidence and respect for inherent goodness, wisdom, and dignity—in themselves, in each other, and in society. This was our impression after 2 nights here. Place you MUST visit in South...

Being at Zulu Camp was an amazing experience. The staff was incredibly kind and thoughtful and made our time there really memorable. The game drives were really exciting and our guide was very knowledgable about all the wildlife in the area. Would come here again in a heartbeat!

We stayed at Zulu Camp for 3 nights, and celebrated the New Year there as well. Shambala remains one of the best game reserves in South Africa, and Zulu Camp, with 9 rooms, is just an incredible game lodge! The facilities are incredible, from the quality of the mattresses to the bed linen and towels, to the Molton Brown toiletries....
