I can‘t promise this. The quality in the hotel is very high, so I think it must be done with purified water. For beeing sure, just ask the Breezes. They will give you a quick response.
Enjoy your holiday!

The Southe East Coast of Zanzibar is still a pristine beach with no major resorts nearby and this is the main draw for many of our guests and residents. There are other neighbours such as the famous "Rock Restaurant" at a walking distance however as one former guest above comments; we do have some lovely bars right at Breezes.
I hope this is helpful.

Within the hotel grounds there is a sanded area that has sun-loungers and canopies. This area directly overlooks the main beach (where there are none) along which a few people pass during the day. During my week at the Spa I did not see many people actually using the beach to sunbathe, nor did I witness any problems with beach hawkers and sellers. The shore line is quite flat so there is a significant tide and when the water is low, some local folk search for sea-food. At high tide a hotel boat will collect and deliver scuba divers who travel to the reef for a day excursion and a moored canopied raft can be quite a relaxing and comfortable way to spend some time relaxing. I enjoyed the visit and hope you do too.
