Only stayed one night on our way to Phuket but we were pleasantly surprised. A very adequate room with good AC, TV and fridge... reasonably comfortable bed. Hot shower and breakfast included for 590 baht! Breakfast was hot unlike many other hotels and twice the price and the service here is very good.

This was more than we wanted to pay but worth the extra money. We got an air con room, which worked really well, and we didn't even have to drag our bags up the stairs as there was a bell hop. The laundry service was a bit pricey - per item not per kilo which is more common in southeast...

We stayed at this hotel before going to Koh Tao at the early morning. Ferry company sent a van to pick us up from hotel. It is convenient location and easy to find restaurants. Room is at the good size and have what we need for a night.

I have been in this hotel two times. It is a basic hotel with as well a basic breakfast. But the rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. For the price it is a good deal. It is ideal when traveling onwards to one of the island. Not too far from the train station and the city centere. I...

We stayed there before taking morning ferry to Koh Tao. Was ok for a quick shower and short sleep, but wouldn't stay there longer. Price normal for this standard in Thailand. Shabby bathroom, room not much better. Staff speaks very basic English but is helpful.

Stayed for two nights while traveling south to Ranong. Easy walking distance from Chumphon train station and close to the night market and some restaurants. I only stayed here because my regular hotel in town was fully booked. Front desk slightly surly, but not too bad. Seems they cater mostly to big local groups on tour, and the occasional farang...
