Conveniently close to the slopes, and clean. Bar is warm and cosy, but thats the only good thing to say I'm afraid. The young waiting staff are friendly but inexperienced and the owners who manage and run the place are plainly not interested in doing anything helpful at all. We arrived late at night, having agreed a cold plate would...

Booked this hotel for a short weekend ski break with partner. After having read reviews on this site, we approached with some trepidation... On the plus side, the hotel is very well-located just 50 yards onto the slopes and 5 minutes stroll to the centre of Les Carroz, which is a very pretty and welcoming village. The hotel itself was...

We booked at late notice for a weekend stay. Alan, the proprietor was very helpful with confirming a taxi company for our transfer. We paid €300 for three nights for 2 people B&B. TRAVEL: We flew in to Geneva and the transfer on a Friday night in snow took only 60 minutes. (We can recommend www.MontBlanctaxi.com) at €125. SKIING: The...

On a budget and wanted a ski resort near to Geneva airport for a weekend break. The hotel is owned and operated by Brits.. Nice atmosphere at the hotel comfortable bar area to enjoy your evening. but it is not fancy but does not advertise itself as such. Just a great place to spend a pleasant evening with friends or...

We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the slopes (only 1 minutes walk to the drag lift which takes you to the main lifts). While I was expecting things to be a bit basic for the cost (EUR90 per room per night, including breakfast and dinner), the level of service, atmosphere and quality of the hotel was far...

We have stayed at the Belles Pistes for 4 recent New Years, and also Feb and March trips. Its a little gem.Situated at the foot of a massive ski area, 6 local villages can be skiied to. Flaine is a 1hr ski away, can be there and back in a day or ski bus. Literally 10 yards from a beginners slope...

We are both retired requiring a ski resort for all skill levels, though we have skied for many years. The hotel we chose, Hotel Belles Pistes, turned out to be the perfect choice. Next to the main ski lifts, it is clean, comfortable, serves good food and very friendly service. We made friends with other guests, many of whom have...

We stayed with our young daughter and thourougly enjoyed our stay...the snow drifted down nocturnally and the lights from the beginners slope, just in front, cast shadowy silouhettes upon the terrace each night...great nosh, and a warm cosy bar ensured a great relaxing stay...we'll be back!!!! especially for the wonderful vegetarian fayre and post ski banter in the bar!!!

This place was a disappointment from start to finish. Unfortunately the weather over the weekend we skied in Les Carroz was dreadful so we spent a lot of time at Hotel Belles Pistes. However the heating was turned off during the day so we would either huddle near gas fire or take turns taking hot baths. The walls are paper...
