absolutely brilliant holiday, made all the better thanks to everyone at Kristalli, beautiful apartments with everything we could ask for, water & wine upon arrival, welcoming staff and fresh towels and sheets daily. Staff at pool bar are lovely and very helpful, great menu, great pool, great location! this place will always be in our hearts, thank you 10/10

Just returned from a wonderful stay here . Hotel was just perfect. Beautifully kept gardens, a lovely relaxing pool area and bar, and a well equipped studio apartment. We were located in a studio overlooking the lovely garden which was extremely quiet. The studio was dated in its furnishing but it provided everything we needed - full WiFi, AC (extra €9 a night) complimentary toiletries, safe and even towels for the pool. It’s set in a great location for exploring the old town, and Approx 15 walk to the strip and a little further to beach. A great base for easy bus routes to other must see destinations as well. Couldn’t fault it - thanks

We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were nice and were clean, someone came in every day to clean and give fresh towels etc. The pool and gardens were very well kept with plenty of sunbeds. The pool bar/restaurant offered a great selection and pretty well priced, we were happy with everything we had. Everyone who works at the hotel was friendly and helpful!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The apartments was spotless both inside and out . Very modern looking. The towels were changed most days. There was no mad rush in the morning for sunbeds / parasols as there plenty. The outside areas including the pool and pool bar was clean and tidy. The pool bar served amazing food and drinks, I’m missing my gyros even now. All the staff are friendly especially the lady at the pool bar who took our orders etc , unfortunately I cannot remember her name. We were a 5 minute walk to the old town which looked so nice though I didn’t get to eat there unfortunately and the main strip was a 10-15 minute walk which wasn’t bad for us as a family. We are looking at going back as soon as we can One last thing , I would like to say thank you for our complimentary bottle of water and wine for when we arrived . It was a lovely welcome and very much needed 😀…

Absolutely outstanding 10/10 beautiful family that Can’t do enough for u seriously we couldn’t thank them enough for the welcome and the hospitality they gave us during our hols . And that’s why we wouldn’t hesitate in stay here again Apartments absolutely spotless and cleaned regularly with towel changes on request, beautiful pool and fantastic pool side bar with prices that are on par with most places in the resort of malia , pubs clubs and cocktail bars are about a ten minute walk to the strip where u can party or chill all night long for all ages from young to older The old town is only around a 5/10 minute walk away where I highly recommend san Georgios the food is beautiful there and at a reasonable cost to, we had an absolute amazing experience here from chilling by the pool in the day and clubs and cocktails at night ( help bar on the strip omg amazing strawberry daiquiri) … what are u waiting for get it booked Kristalli apartments and all it’s staff we thank u and hope to see u again soon Many thanks Lee & Claire…

Friendly modern clean hotel apartments, great location if you want to have a relaxing holiday but not too far from the nightlife if that’s your thing, great restaurants on your door step as well as the food at Kristalli, 2 mins walk to old town tavernas, 10 minutes walk to main Malia strip/ beach, never had a problem with any noise, all staff so friendly and made you feel welcome especially the young lady behind the bar (good luck with the Duolingo), lady that cleaned our room every day was fantastic. Never had a problem with getting a sun bed went down about 10.30am always got one, all in all had a great holiday.

Clean & modern apartments with air con. Pool area and grounds are well kept with plenty of free sunbeds and umbrellas in the surrounding landscaped gardens (no need to get up early to put your towels down!) Rooms cleaned every day, including fresh towels. Room had 2x a/c units, fridge freezer, hotplate, kettle, toaster, hairdryer, safe and a small balcony. Free wifi throughout resort. Great location for the old town with it's many resturants and bars, or 8 minute walk to the strip for those who fany something livelier. Beaches are about a 15 minute walk via the strip with plenty of bars to grab refreshments along the way. Recommend heading away from the strip for less congested beach, or take the bus to Stalis.

Stayed here July/August 2023 as a family of 4. We stayed in the block across the road from the main hotel. Rooms were clean, modern and well presented. The general up keep of the hotel is excellent with all of the communal areas being clean and well maintained. The food and drinks served on site are of a very high standard. The staff are excellent and cannot do enough for you. Highly recommended.
