The room where I stayed was renovated and clean and equipped with all comforts including a desk, television, air conditioning, a very comfortable bed and a bathroom with a very spacious shower. Highly recommended. Then there is a guarded car park where each guest has their own place, moreover covered by a canopy. The very comfortable entrance gate opens by touching an electronic card and the same for opening the room. The thing that struck me most is that you feel the sensation of being in an environment that is always clean and fragrant, in fact Mrs. Rachele takes care of the room once a week. Of all the B&Bs I've stayed in, it's definitely the best.

Casa Rachele was one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in as a solo traveler. It’s run by Rachele herself, who becomes something akin to your very own Italian auntie. Rachele is incredible hospitable and will go above and beyond to ensure you’re comfortable.
My room was extremely clean and was cleaned daily, as was the bathroom. The location of the apartment is very convenient and is only a short walk from Piano train station. From there, you can access Sorrento in a matter of minutes.
Rachele provides a small breakfast every morning, and gets up early to warm your croissant and brew your coffee. She even took myself and another guest out to dinner on our final night.
If you’re thinking about staying in sorrento, I highly recommend staying at Casa Rachele! The town of Piano itself is really beautiful, and you can swim down by the port.

Casa Rachele is a truly special place. Situated in the heart of Piano di Sorrento, the views from her window offer views of the ocean and you're just a 10 minute walk from beautiful Bagni Rosita, a beautiful beach with few tourists. The house is pristine and you are provided breakfast every morning in the living room. That being said, the best part about Casa Rachele is Rachele! It is hard not to become friends with this lovely lady. She cares about her guests, she works so hard, and she knows Piano very well. She has plenty of good recommendations of where to eat and drink, as well as activities and ways to spend your days. I cannot recommend staying at Casa Rachele enough. I hope to return soon!

We stayed at this property for the good reviews it had, although most are from 2018, which probably reflects a better experience at the time. Unfortunately, our stay was very different.
Since our arrival, we find many rules that are not published anywhere and only inform you when you arrive. Moreover, the lady who attends, although providing information, has a very unpleasant character.
The first day we agreed to have breakfast at 07:30, but we arrived at 08:00, which caused the hostess to draw our attention as if we were children. This made us so uncomfortable that we decided not to have breakfast there on the second day.
In the evening, I woke up at 10:30pm to go to the kitchen to get water from the refrigerator and he chided me for turning on the hall light, saying it was disrespectful. The situation felt like being in military school.
As if that were not enough, the accommodation is not really in Sorrento, but 5 kilometers, in Piano Sorrento.
I definitely don't recommend it.

This is genuinely one of the best air places I have ever had the pleasure of staying at. The views are amazing, the bed and accommodation is perfectly clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious. However what really puts this place over the top is Rachele. it was in a perfect location, just a few minutes from the Metro Station and buses on the same street. around the corner was the square with a lovely selection of restaurants and bars. Within walking distance was the Marina too. The property was very clean and I would fine my room tidy everyday. i had an amazing view from my room too. I was traveling in southern Italy, visiting Sorrento, Positano and Amalfi. I didn't really have a precise plan and wanted to let it happen spontaneously. Rachele was a very nice and friendly lady and was very willing to help me. Thanks to her help, I knew exactly what times the trains were and the bus stop was just around the corner from her apartment. What I liked best was that she had a very charming apartment that was exactly to my taste. I loved staying in her apartment. Breakfast was also sufficient and the service. I will definitely recommend Rachele's accommodation to friends and family!! Thank you Rachele! :)

My stay with Rachele was better than I could have hoped. It was like staying with my grandma because it felt like home. She made breakfast every morning and made my bed after I left each day. She made sure I knew where I was going and gave some good recommendations. I loved the location - cute, quiet town and just 2 train stops from Sorrento (€2.60 round trip). Only a 5-minute walk to the train. Good restaurants nearby. I would love to visit again one day!

My boyfriend and I have just got home from a weeks stay here with the lovely rachele! We absolutely loved it. When we arrived rachele gave us a ton of information for all the things we wanted to see and do and she gave us a cup of her amazing coffee. Her b + b is in the perfect location for all the local attractions like Pompeii, sorrento, the amalfi Coast and naples. The train station is just 2 mins walk away and is very cheap and fast (1 hour to naples). Piano di sorrento is a lovely little village with a few nice restaurants and shops. It's very italian and not so touristy which we liked. Sorrento is 5 mins on the train. Racheles house is beautiful and she keeps it spotlessly clean all the time. She was kind enough to ask what we like to eat for breakfast and she got us fresh pastries from the bakery every morning. She knows all the best places to eat too :) thank you rachele for looking after us on our holiday, you are a lovely lady, we will miss you and miss you making us laugh every morning! Stammi bene! Xxx

I just left Casa Rachele and although we used the bus instead of car, I do recall her mentioning a key to the car park.
Rachele is very communicative and will respond to email inquiries. I sugbest sending her a quick questio about it.

I just left Casa Rachele and I think I can help with a couple of your questions.
The Circumvesuvania rail line from Piano di Sorrento to Sorrento is 1,30 euro per person. From Piano to Pompeii was super convenient and cost 2,40. Trains were frequent enough to not be annoying at all.
The Sita bus picks up in Sorrento, right outside the. The round trip ticket to Positano, Amalfi, Ravello, etc was 8 euro round trip. Also, the bus will drop you off very close to Casa Rachele on the way back if you ask.
I LOVED hiking the Piano di Sorrento area and made it from Casa Rachelle to the Sorrento ridge in about an hour. Awesome dawn views both directions!
