This is a long overdue review and much deserved. Our stay has been lovely, the location and the service are a true asset. Every morning for breakfast we had freshly squeezed juice and jams from their own production. There is a restaurant inside, which also serves their own meat and ham, which is to die for! The proof is that... More

We wanted to try a couple of nights in a trullo. Be aware they are conical stone buildings with no windows. See photo of the view upwards! The place at the masseria was friendly and they have a farm shop, hold functions for local people and have a restaurant. It is quite rustic, you need to be able to live... More

We spent 5 night here in September 2014. Our room was clean, had a frigo, and linens were changed daily. A nice breakfast with very attentive employees. Located less than 10 minutes (5 Km) from Martina F. Saluti to Giuseppe and Analia for all their help and recommendations. We paid 60 Eu/night and would return if in the area. The... More

Lovely place to stay with exceptional food. We were accommodated for an additional night even though they were busy. Only managed to use the pool once as the weather was not great but quiet and clean. 2 choices of set menu with much of the produce from the farm Veal, Cheese, Sausages's and prosciutto. WiFi available outside the restaurant .

The owners and staff are very welcoming. The accommodation is in traditional trulli stone houses and is very charming. The 2 bedroom accommodated a family of 4 well. The grounds and swimming pool are lovely. The staff do not speak much English at all so communication can be a little challenging, however, this does not detract from staying here. We... More

Slept like Snowwhite without the 7 dwarfs (they must have been in the many trulli). Our 'chicken scoop', a perfect bedroom with a good double bed and a good bathroom, was aside the 4 or 5 original trulli (stone slab covered agricultural stores now used to lodge troll and other Lord-of-the-Rings like smaller lifeforms) around century-old olive trees on our... We stayed at Madonna Dell'Arco in the summer of 2011 and were rewarded with a fantastic masseria atmosphere. The rooms were in the trulli houses and food served in the adjoining restaurant was definitely the highlight of our stay. Everything was cooked to perfection and servings were very generous. The hotel was also situated at a perfect location for visits... More

I'll be honest: when we arrived and saw the Masseria was a working farm, complete with the smell of the animals, we were a bit taken aback. That impression soon evaporated. Our self-catering trulli were fabulously cool without air conditioning (those clever ancient peoples knew how to build) and very well stocked. Every morning after a generous breakfast we bought... My husband, one year old and I stayed in Masseria Madonna Dellarco a small perfectly equipped apartment suitable for our every need. Giuseppe could not have been more welcoming and helpful throughout our weeks stay and ensured we really got to grips with the local culture by organising a wonderful cookery course with a local ostuni chef. All basics were... More

My wife and I used Masseria Madonna Dell'Arco as a halfway house between Bari Airport, where we landed, and the south of Puglia, where we wanted to go. This is the perfect base to explore nearby Alberobello, Grotta di Castellana, Cisternino, Ostuni and of course Martina Franca. Maybe even Matera a little further in Basilicata. It was very peaceful, we... More
