The BnB is charming and a beautiful space to just sit if that is your choice, or located in a position that has quick and easy access to some great sites. The room was beautifully maintained and food delicious. Everyone was very welcoming and as a sole traveller provided me with lots of information and help in getting around.

By coincidence I found an offer of Vinciucci on Tripadvisor and decided to give it a try. It turned out to be a most pleasant experience. The house is beautifully located in the countryside, near the lovely cities of Scicli, Modica and Ragusa, and also close to the beach. You can even make day trips from here to Villa Romana...

A beautiful, authentic Sicilian style casale in a strategic location between the sea and the brightest pearls of baroque Sicily. Thanks to Andrea and Daria for being such warm and professional hosts, always ready to provide great advices, contacts and stunning local food. Not to mention the excellent value for money.. We will definitely go back. Sergio

On the road (SS115) from Noto to Ragusa, getting late, I spied a notice for this B&B situated on the right just up a short track off the road to Modica before Bettola del Capitano. It is a sort of agriturismo, a taste of rustic Sicily with a very warm welcome and excellent accomodation for minimal cost. Although late I...

A really nice place with very friendly people! The room was amazing, just like in a movie... Breakfast was delicious with all artisanal products. It was a dream location, a farm with chickens, a cute dog and a big land surrounding it! By far the best place we stayed in Sicily

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Vinciucci is an antique villa from the 1700’s built on the remains of a sighting tower used to spot saracenic invasions. It overlooks the carob tree fields and the sea, visible on the horizon. From the terrace you can also see the plateau which connects Modica and Ispica, in the Ragusa province. It is a little oasis, ideal to stop and discover the south in every season; it is very near to several archaeological, architectural and natural areas of great interest, such as the “Cava d'Ispica” or the baroque cities of the “Val di Noto". The large and bright rooms are cosy and characteristic, plus they all contain air-conditioners or ceiling fans. I'll offer you a very good breakfast with local organic and fair trade products. ... more   less

“All the rooms seem good but the top floor has great views through large open doors”

“I had a family room for at least five people all to myself. But that was in April; I didn't see other rooms but I expect they are all very well kept too. And this is real rustic Sicily; in comparison a modern hotel at two or three times the price just couldn't compete.”
