The Hotel is well out of town and consists of blocks of rooms not connected to the Hotel building. The rooms were well furnished and quiet but the first floor rooms suffer from a lack of roof insulation that made them need air-conditioning at night in September. Ground floor was exactly opposite but the air-conditioning was controlled from Reception and...

Large hotel with very well appointed rooms, whirlpool bath, linen etc. But the food was awful, very poor quality, not great service and certainly poor portions. I believe it was all cooked from frozen. They certainly did not employ a chef or anybody vaguely able to cook from scratch. Totally isolated in the Ragusa region, you had no choice but...

My family and I had a fabulous week at this hotel, the room was superb, the staff were helpful and pleasant, the breakfast was great and plenty of it. The pool was fantastic and always clean. All in all a great week in a great Hotel.

Terrible service. Bland food which was mostly served cold after extremely long waits. Beer served in wine glasses and whiskey in brandy ones, etc, etc. The only thing that the so-called breakfast broke was your faith in humanity, You can't control the air conditioning yourself from your room and must phone reception, who promise to rectify matters but never do...

The room was good but the hotel in general was poorly staffed, those that were working had little experience and seemed confused about general service, not being able to find basic glasses etc. There was no acknowledgement of the guests and management seemed uninterested in visitors. There was a choice of two main meals fish or meat which arrived cold...

Stayed as part of a coach tour. Rooms were very good but food was extremely poor - very little choice and very small portions. The bar area was small and there seemed to be only one person staffing it. This poor girl appeared to be working constantly with no assistance at all. Large parts of the hotel were not in...

Hotel in middle of nowhere. Some rooms refurbished as indeed our was, but the twin room had one double bed, leaving a sofa bed as the other twin, not the most comfortable, The outside areas looked as if some effort had been made but then abandoned to the weeds. Bridal arch at entrance in tatters and not renewed despite a...

We stayed as part of a coach trip, which always adds problems for hotels. But, overall, I liked the hotel because of its excellent, large, comfy, air-conditioned rooms, which are separate from the main body of the hotel in blocks of about 20 rooms. The hotel is very quiet as a consequence (we had a wedding party whilst we were...
