Cambiocavallo is a small boutique hotel in the countryside between Pozzallo and Modica in southern Sicily. There are six deluxe rooms and two suites. We stayed in a pool facing room which has a small shaded terrace facing towards the pool. You enter through a common courtyard area where breakfast and evening meals were served. In a larger hotel privacy...

We really enjoyed our week here. Eating in the beautiful courtyard was a delight. We honestly cannot say anything bad about Cambiocavallo and would love a return visit. The room had efficient air conditioning and was spotless. The gardens are filled with palm, lemon and olive trees. The pool was a bonus-there are only 8 rooms at Cambiocavallo so we...

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in a great location close to Modica, Noto, Ragusa and much more. What really made our stay was the staff. Ignazio, Laura, Nina and the friendly waitresses at breakfast. We got some great inside tips on restaurants, quiet beaches and places to visit. We would recommend this place to anyone looking to...

Excellent location for visiting South-east Sicily. Its in Montalbano country and the food at Cambiocavallo he would not be disappointed with. The grounds and accommodation were excellent. Only negative comment is that the shower to designer type bath was not easy to use but that is a small point compared to all the positives hence the Excellent review.

This hotel is the opposite of a tourist hotel so don't expect otherwise. My first impression was that it would be a deadly 5 days. But I came to really like it. There were some downsides that they need to seriously think about. Eg terraces are not private whïch is OK but not for me. Unless you really like the...

Cambiocaballo is fascinating small hotel located in rural area 15 minutes drive from the coast. The property consists of a few rooms (some of them with private verandas, however wich are not separated from each other), pool area (water temperature in the middle of June was ok for swimming), small lemon garden, amazing inner courtyard, where guests have their meals...

This hotel was perfect for us as we came across on the catamaran from Valletta to Pozzallo and this is literally 20 minutes from the port. It is in beautiful gardens, full of flowers and we had a lovely room which overlooked the pool. We were asked in advance if we wanted meat or fish for dinner and had chosen...

We thoroughly enjoyed the 6 nights we stayed here. An oasis of calm set in splendid gardens with very comfortable stylish rooms and clean modern bathrooms with very helpful and charming staff. The menus both "Pesce" and "Terra" for the evening dinners were fine examples of local cuisine accurately cooked and with the local wines which were a trifle limited...

We spent a week at this hotel and found it to be a welcoming and comfortable place to stay and a good base for touring the Val Di Noto cities and the surrounding area. We stayed for a full week in the suite with terrace. It was a spacious room and was well appointed. The terrace doesn’t have a brilliant...
