We highly recommend their cooking class! From the booking to when we arrived and advice was all flawless. We were greeted upon arrival by a very friendly lady, we were taken to a large family style kitchen were they had already prepared nibbles and wine. We were taken to the garden to pick fresh herbs and Vegetables (which our three...

We had the opportunity to stay at Al Gelso Bianco Farm in early October 2016. The property is beautifully renovated and maintained. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with our 4 year old son. It was clean and perfectly appointed. The property itself offered a great pool (a bit cool for our timing), playground and beautiful garden, olive groves...

We loved our stay at Al Gelso Bianco. The owners and staff were incredibly friendly and approachable, and the apartment was well equipped with a fabulous view across the valley which filled with atmospheric mists in the October early mornings. We were there for the final bottling in the vineyard, and the olive harvest was about to start. The gardens...

Me and my 11 year old daughter who is a budding chef attended this amazing class, we had a very warm welcome, followed by learning 3 different types of pasta from scratch. It was a very comforting environment and we had the freedom to experiment. We saw the best example of experiential learning when 2 year old child also copied...

We came to Al Gelso Bianco for a family cooking class and we had such an amazing time! We arrived to the property and were greeted by Vittoria who took us to the beautiful kitchen where we met our instructors for the day, Stefania and Susanna. My daughters (4 and 7) had such a great time learning how to roll...

We were visiting Tuscany for a wedding, and wanted to extend our stay to make a holiday out of it. We stumbled across Al Gelso Bianco online and from the initial enquiry to the moment we left the service we received was excellent. The things which particularly attracted us were the cooking classes, the wine tasting and the pool, none...

We stayed at Al Gelso Bianco for 10 days. We had a beautiful time there. It was the perfect spot to explore the surrounding area. The staff was extremely lovely and helpful. Being there as long as we were, we felt like we really got to know them and we're sad to go. The grounds are beautiful and the cooking...

We were looking for a Tuscan property for our family holiday and Al Gelso Bianco was highly recommended by a friend of ours who had already stayed there. We were thoroughly impressed by the beautifully kept grounds, the wine and olive trees that heralded the delightful terracotta buildings of Al Gelso Bianco and the friendly reception on arrival (Irene) that...

We stayed here with some friend for 3 nights. It is a lovely place to stay and out 2 bed flat was great. It had everything you would need for 2 couples (or even 1 couple), kitchen 2 bathrooms, space outside, open fire etc etc…all with Tuscany on your doorstep and Florence 30km one way and Sienna 30km the other....

We've recently returned from Al Gelso Bianco after spending 8 lovely nights in the Rosmarino apartment. On arrival we were given a friendly and quick, but comprehensive, tour of the property and our apartment. Rosmarino is the smallest apartment on the site but is thoughtfully designed and furnished to make the most of the space. My wife and I along...

Al Gelso Bianco is located in one of the most beautiful valleys of the Chianti area, the Val d'Elsa, just a stone's throw from the cities of Florence and Siena (16 miles from Florence and 19 miles from Siena).
