An excellent overall experience: hotel with very good services, beautiful rooms, many facilities for business travellers and events. But we have appreciated most the quality of staff and the manager attitude, his motto being: ''We can do it!''. A great model for hotel managers!

If You,re in the Poiana Brașov, it.s a good choice to stay. Clean, small rooms, good service and food. I think the hotel has been over evaluated considering the actually 4 stars , it.s rather a 3 stars hotel. Despite of this , it.s a good choice for this area considering the price and the conditions offered

Quite an experience to drive up to this hotel through the snow topped mountains at dusk. Dogs (or were they wolves?) howling in the valley. We had a turret room to add to the authenticity - good sized room and bathroom. Everything was very clean, warm and comfortable - the bedroom very somnolent in hues of red, Only down side...

Booked for Halloween weekend. Hotel is very picturesque and in a great location between Bran and Brasov. Unfortunately, the staffing needs better training to make it a great stay. No elevator to hotel rooms, and no help was offered for bags. Restaurant closes at 8:00pm, if there by 7:30pm staff is upset. Breakfast is okay, rare staff to help with...

Stayed here in this beautifully decorated hotel between visiting castles and we were positively surprised! For 60€, we already got a suite inside one of the towers, hence the room is ridiculously round-shaped! :) If you get room 209, you will not have a problem with the elevator because it goes up to the floor where the room is located....

We organize here a business meeting with 20 people for few days. Everithing was very good. Rooms are clean and warm (it was a cold period), food was good and staff very nice. The hotel manager supervise avery activity and he try to help us everytime. The hotel it's built like a castle so you should be aware of this.

Spent 2 nights here, Check in was unwelcoming, no assistance with bags considering the lift only goes up one floor and we had to carry our bags up 2 flights of stairs. Communication about meals was dreadful and we had to go up and down stairs to figure out where we were eating each day. We had one evening meal...

Falling internet. At the request of restarting responded the night clerk, so they shut it down completely. Two hours of my work were lost. From breakfast in the room 4 floors without a lift. We arrived in the evening, but declared the restaurant was closed ...
