The hotel itself is OK. Staff was friendly but the accommodation was extremely uncomfortable. Not impressed with the quality of the hotel at all. I barely slept due to the loud outside noises, and the bed was impossible to sleep in. Would not recommend at all

I stayed here for 3 nights, in this beautiful port. The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and hospitable. The room was clean, comfortable and had an amazing view across the port. Breakfast was fine. It is not a luxurious hotel but very pleasant and would recommend. If your a light sleeper, request a room away from the front as Tims... More

Quirky and informal. Fabulous staff. Laid back and informal. Perfect position overlooking harbour and bay. There is something special about this place and the owners have retained all its original character. Breakfasts are great. One review commented on the rooms being small. So they're not huge...they serve their purpose and they are immaculate. Pay the extra and get the sea... More

I had always wanted to stay here. It's situation is gorgeous it's swimming pool is the sea. You can eat breakfast on the terrace. We had to ask for a room swap, the bathroom was so small there was barely enough room to turn around, the TV didn't work, the view was over the car park and the room was... More

As such the hotel is simple and without any abra cadabra. What makes it special is the location right on the harbour front. You simply become at part of the every day life. Rooms are simple without any real comfort. Staff are okay.

My wife and I have just had a great four day stay at this traditional atmospheric hotel right in the heart of the lovely port d'antrax. The hotel has an impressive reception, bar and breakfast room with some interesting art work. We had a front facing room with a lovely balcony to sit and admire the stunning view over the port... We didn't stay in the hotel as we had a boat in the marina, however we did visit for dinner and sat on the lower section next to the waters edge. The staff are helpful and attentive and the food was very good. We started with Soller prawns which were amazing and followed with the thai monkfish curry which was... More

The hotel is perfectly situated in the buzzing Port D'Andratx. You have more restaurants than you could ask for to choose from, lots of shops to peruse as well as supermarkets to pick up the basics. At night the town comes alive, in the day you can pop in a taxi to the many beach locations around. The hotel is... More

We had dinner two nights ago and it's taken me the 48 hours to get over the horrendous meal and service we had at this hotel. Drinks took 30 minutes to come, incorrectly I might add, all nine meals we left, service was beyond poor. Please don't waste your money as you will regret going.

Yesterday evening nine of us experienced simply the most appalling dinner ever at The Brismar Restaurant. The pizza was plastic, the spaghetti for the chidren was a plate of mince with little more than tomato ketchup and the burger was stone cold. This restaurant is without question the worst imaginable for both service and food and I would strongly recommend... More
