Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We were recommended to try the breakfast here. As soon as we walked In we were met with a big smile from Holly who was extremely helpful and showed us to a table. The food was first class and hats of to the chef Lee who provided probably the best breakfast buffet we've had In a hotel. The restaurant was clean and tidy and tables were kept that way by Sophie who was always available and nothing was too much trouble. All In all if you fancy a superb buffet breakfast, i suggest you go here, especially if these 3 are working. 👍

The rooms were as expected - clean and comfortable; the staff were polite and in general friendly. For our group the location of Premier Inn was excellent; only several minutes by car to Gosport town; there are sport facilities and a retail site nearby. Downside is that the dining area in the Premier Inn is small

I was shocked by the poor condition of the outside of the hotel and was worried about going inside. It looks really run down. It only serves breakfast and no other food available. But the breakfast was great, service was excellent and bed was really comfortable as expected. If you can get over the sight of the exterior, it’s pretty decent and spot on for location

First experience of Premier Inn, very good value for money. It looks a little grim from the outside and reception is small and somewhat uninviting, but the staff and service was excellent. The room was spotlessly clean and had all the basics. The bed and bedding were very comfortable. Very good value for money and I would have no issue going to the Premier inn again

Amazing breakfast and service the quality is top. Lucy Charlene and Lee great people. The staff are smiling and laughing and enjoying their work. I’ve been before and saw the signs stating breakfast open for public and had no hesitation getting in and sorting out a delicious English breakfast!! I wish others make the effort and visit this establishment. You will not be disappointed

The staff were very friendly & welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was lovely, very clean with a large comfortable king size bed. Breakfast set us up for the day. Plenty to eat & lots of choice. We are definitely going to book Premier Inn again when we are back down south.

Had a wonderful experience during our stay, couldn’t have asked for better service, we had a slight problem with our fire alarm making a clicking noise, but straight away the issue was resolved and we were offered a new room by a wonderful member of staff ‘Holly’ she was extremely friendly and helpful, breakfast was lovely aswell and had plenty of veggie options as I’m vegetarian. Would definitely stay again!

From the outside the building did not look very welcolming but once through the doors we were so pleased we picked this Premier Inn. We have never stayed with this chain before and were very surprised and pleased with everything about the hotel from the staffing, security, cleanliness, quietness, good quality breakfast and a genuine feeling that we were the most important people on the planet. All that at a budget price was truly amazing.

We've stayed here several times as it's so close to where we are visiting family so it's an ideal location. On arrival the service was excellent, a very warm & friendly welcome was received which was lovely after a very long tiring journey. The hotel room was warm, comfortable and clean exactly what you would expect from this hotel chain. Our bathroom was ideal with a large shower which we definitely prefer. Throughout our stay the reception staff, the cleaning team were all friendly very polite and accommodating. We really couldn't fault the service during our stay
