The staff are awful, and especially tash! So incredibly rude! Bang average place! Won’t be returning! The chef isn’t a chef the food was tasteless and just like something you would get a greene king! My partner was gutted!

Please could you reconsider your review as I have only been open to nhs workers for the last year The lady in question hasn’t worked at this establishment for over six years so with guidance advice on the trip advisor site the review should be within the last 12 months I am aware last month channel four did repeat 4 in a bed show that we appeared on over six years ago maybe you are mixing up television with reality. This review impacts massively on my site as I haven’t been able to trade properly due to coronavirus restrictions and puts the current members of staffs jobs at risk. Thanks Mike

The two owners couldn’t have contrasted more, the gentleman owner who I didn’t get his name couldn’t have done more, fantastic customer service. However Tash, the other owner was incredibly rude and made me feel incredibly uncomfortable, like walking on egg shells. Shame as it a lovely place and there’s one lovely owner, just the other one ruins it.

Although the room wasn't ready for us on the evening of our arrival this was quickly rectified. The staff we friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. We had the tapas one night which were nice and the breakfast was excellent, with a good choice and portions that keep you going for the day. We would definitely stay here again

Stayed here for one night an a weekend away. Room was comfortable with plenty of refreshments, the sink tap was loose and the shower head blocked so sprayed in random directions. Staff were friendly especially the young lady running the bar and serving in the restaurant, she was very busy but always friendly and smiling. The parking on site is limited to around 4 cars so expect to have to park on the road though the streets are quiet so not necessarily a security issue. The restaurant was a little disappointing, we read the menu in the room and off the back of that decided to eat in. Unfortunately due to the present Corona virus issue the menu had been reduced and the only selection was Tapas, Fish and chips or Hunters chicken. Had we known this in advance we would have opted to eat at a different restaurant. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice and good portions. We'd be happy to stay here again and for the money you would be hard pressed to find better in this area.
