Lovely character property, Well supported by the locals, warm friendly. Bedrooms and bathrooms all a decent size and well furnished. Good location and quiet. We ate at the restaurant which I would recommend. Breakfast good also.

Stayed for one night when we were walking a section of the Thames Path. Lovely old building with very reasonably priced rooms. Good breakfast and we had dinner there too, also nice. Best thing though was the friendly service and they went above and beyond when they dropped off my kindle as our next hotel when I left it behind.

We stayed in the White Hart on the night of Saturday 4th February. It is in an excellent location in the beautiful tranquil village of Dorchester-on-Thames, only 10 minutes from Oxford Park and Ride. With the warmth and character of an old English coaching inn, our room was quiet and spacious. Dinner and breakfast were excellent and only reservation was...

We visited the White Hart on a rainy January Sunday. The open fire was very welcoming as we sat at the end of the bar. We ordered hot drinks and read the papers. As time went on we were getting closer to lunchtime. They had space so we went through and ordered the roast. I have to say my pork...

We were served an excellent dinner in good time to make the concert at Dorchester Abbey. The menu was limited but perfectly adequate for our purposes. The food was tasty and served piping hot. The service was pleasant and speedy but not rushed. All in all, this was just what we needed.
