Firstly a very warm welcome by the owners Jan & Jill.,they made us feel at home immediately after our long journey. The room was excellent very spacious and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was to die for and nothing was too much trouble for them for help and advice. The family run b&b is supported by partners Alan & Jimmy who... More

We stayed here in August 2016 for two nights - and I'm so glad we did! It's a lovely place. We were greeted warmly and were helped in with our bags. Check-in was efficient. The bedrooms were decorated beautifully and spotlessly clean. The bathrooms were also very clean. We also had use of the living room downstairs, which was comfy... More

Pineapple House is an outstanding place to stay. The 2 couples running it are incredibly friendly and helpful, the place is spotless and the breakfast freshly cooked and delicious. It really feels as if its run for the benefit of the guests and not the owners. We loved it here and wouldn't hesitate to return it recommend it to friends.

Visiting the pineapple house was a wonderful experience. Jan and Hubby were just amazing. They couldn't do enough for us. The room was amazing although I do suggest you bring some slippers or socks to walk around as they have cream carpets. We went down the road for an evening meal with 10% off, the holly tree was great food... More

Hi Anita, Thank you for taking the time to write a review - especially as you were only with us for the one night. We're glad you enjoyed your stay and just in case you come again (which we hope you will), the slippers were in the wardrobe ....!! :-) More

Super location and marvellous accommodation. Bed rooms very comfortable with great beds, pillows and linen. Lovely to have the lounge area to relax. Very helpful hosts who helped us in with bags and provided safe bike storage. They were also very helpful as we needed to clean bikes and clothes Great breakfast and very lovely hosts.

Thank you for your kind words. We really did feel for you after your bike journey in that horrendous weather - a warm welcome was the least we could do! Hope the next leg of your journey was trouble-free and that when you get to John O'Groats you will feel it has all been worth it. More

This was our last stop on our highlands trip and it was by far our favourite place. It's difficult finding accommodation for 6 people and the Pineapple House was perfect. Our hosts, Jan and James were so very friendly and made us feel like family. The rooms were gorgeous! Spacious, clean, bright and airy. The beds were very comfortable and... More
