Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I went around there to try and book a room, as I'd read all these super reviews, which I now believe to be false, for reasons I'll now explain. As I approached the property it looked run down from a distance. As I approached the front door I looked around at a series of broken down cars here and there, the front garden overgrown and weeds coming out of the driveway. I knocked on the door, no answer. Boxes were stacked up outside. Enough I thought, there was no way now I was going to book this. I also decided to report the B&B to Denbighshire Trading Standards, as pictures on the various websites bear no resemblance to reality I discovered. Sham and shame both!

Stayed for one night. The room was spacious an spotless we had a balcony where we sat out and had a drink an food. We enjoyed the spa bath. Tony the host was a very chatty man an took an interest in us, he was extremely helpful an knowledgeable. Would recommend to any couple. The breakfast was good everything you could want. Tony asks what you would like so its tailored to your needs. The social distancing wasn’t a problem an he was fully equipped with hand sanitizers an mask an loads of hand wash in the room.

We visited here for a night whilst visiting Wales. The owner is a lovely man and makes you feel exceptionally welcome. The room we stayed in was an interconnecting family room and it was lovely, spacious and well laid out . Breakfast was very tasty and Tony was keen to make sure it was just right for us all. We enjoyed staying & we would happily recommend here . Many thanks, Dawn and family
