Staying at casa particulares across was the best decision we made, because of people like Tony and Aracelys. At first sight, they might come across as stern or reticent, but they are anything but stern! They were a delightful family who took exceptional care of us during our stay. La Esquinita is located right off the main road. So, while...

We stayed two nights here during our recent tour of Cuba. The house and room were very pleasant and we had an ensuite bathroom. We enjoyed two breakfasts and evening meals, all of which were delicious. There was an 'honesty fridge' and our host - who speaks English- made us Mojitos (3 CUCs each) which we enjoyed whilst sitting on...

We booked this casa particular through a tour operator in London. After an amazing experience in Havana, we came to Viñales expecting at the very least a warm welcome. To our surprise, we got no welcome at all. We had to find our own way to the casa; when we got there we were greeted by a grumpy host and...

We were sceptical to move into a private home after having stayed in a 5* hotel in Havana. Tony and his son met us at the bus in the main street and carried our luggage to the casa. Him and wife Aracelys are the most wonderful people you can possibly imagine to stay with. Visible when needed, in-visible when not....

Tony and Araceli were great when we arrived from Havana. We stayed there for 3 nights and we had a great time. Toni arranged for us to go horse riding which was a great adventure. Everything was grown in their garden and breakfast and dinners were brilliant. We all stayed in one room my wife and 3 sons but with...

As soon as we arrived at La Esquinita we were warmly welcomed and made to feel at home. The house was very tidy and clean, and we had a room with a private bathroom. The home is always open for you to come and go as you please. Close to the main street and bus station. We recommend the horse...

We stayed with Areceli and Tony. It was the best casa we stayed at in all of Cuba. Excellent value, great food, warm people. We had a great welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Tony drew us a map for a day's cycle tour. Tony and Areceli are more than willing to chat but are also sensitive to when...

This was our first casa particular in Cuba and it could not have been a better introduction. From the kind welcome onwards nothing was too much trouble. Tony is completely reliable and can organise anything you want to do. Ara is a great cook and housekeeper producing authentic, top quality meals. We enjoyed a comfortable room and peacefully sitting in...

If you want to try the best food in Vinales, i mean in Cuba, go to La Esquinita and ask for Senor Tony! :) Everything is prepared with style and there is so much different food, you can not eat it. We loved it.

We stayed in La Casa Esquinita for 3 nights during our stay in Vinales. The position is perfect. Close to the center, but in a very quite area. Tony and his wife Aracelys made our stay special and they made us feel like at home. We didn´t have to worry about anything. They organized for us a great horse ride...
