First trip to Cuba, we came down to Vinales having stayed in the government run hotel on Cayo Levisa. Daniel and Carmen run a casa particulares which is more like a guest house/bed and breakfast in the UK rather than a hotel so expectations are tailored accordingly. Daniel met us with a taxi from the boat at Palma Rubia, talked...

Carmen and Daniel were the best hosts we had during our big Cuba adventure. They helped us arrange our activities in the valley and prepared delicious food for us. The casa is on a good location, nice and most importantly very clean. Little English, little Spanish, they made us feel very comfortable and helped us learn something more about Cuba,...

Couldn't recommend this casa enough! We stayed here on a recommendation from another friend. Great breakfast, massive dinners!! Carmen y Daniel and their family were so friendly. They help to organise everything you want to do. We decided to rent bicycles, literally had 2 for us in 15 minutes. We decided one morning to go horse riding to the other...

Great location, all the comforts a traveler in Cuba can expect, a great breakfast, a good dinner, but most of all, FANTASTIC hosts. Daniel has treated us basically like family and was always doing the most he could to make us feel as comfortable as possible, always going the extra mile to give us the best experience. I couldn't recommend...

Very warm host, clean casa, well located. Best Pina Collada ever!!! It is quiet and rooms are simple but renovated and clean. Food is good. YOu can enjoy your diner in front of your room. It is confusing to find the adress but you havee to at the very end of the street.

We stayed at Daniel and Carmen's for three nights in August (3 couples). Daniel came to pick us up from the bus stop and walked us over to his lovely house. The house is nicely painted and very clean, all rooms are spacious, have a private bathroom and AC. Daniel made us feel at home from the moment we arrived!...

If you are going to Vinales, Daniel's casa is the ONLY place you consider staying. We had some challenges in our travels in Vinales and Daniel was consistently helpful, kind, honest, and the best chef in Cuba as far as I am concerned. He is perfectly hospitable while also giving you space to feel comfortable in his home; when he...

The attitude of the family was amazing. I have to recommend this definitely. :) They were very kind and took care of us like we were a part of their family. Its a must live in house. The food was awesome and the rooms were excellent too.

Save Viñales for the end of your trip otherwise you will only be disappointed with what follows after staying in this casa... the hosts are lovely and the food is one of the best I've had in whole Cuba!

We stayed at this casa for 2 nights and enjoyed our stay. The house is located 1.5 blocks off the main road and is also near some restaurants that are off the main road. Our room was at the front of the house with a private bathroom - hot water, clean, air conditioning and a fridge stocked with water, beer...
