This was our second visit to Manzanilla and we were not disappointed. The attention to detail in the two storey cottage is exceptional. The owners have thought of everything! The cottage is spacious inside with a lovely deck surrounding it where you can sit and read during the day or enjoy the outdoor spa under the stars at night. There...

This was our second visit to Manzanilla Ridge. Both times we were delighted with the location, the cottage and the service. The property was immaculate, spacious, cosy and very well equipped. I could happily live there permanently! It is tucked away in the bush, not another building, or person in sight and surrounded by wildlife (hundreds of roos, birds and...

We went to Manzanilla Ridge on Boxing Day for a couple of nights with some friends who were visiting from the UK. The lodge was perfectly positioned to make you feel like you were on your own private escape. Its a beautiful lodge with everything you need including the fantastic Jacuzzi where we spent quite a bit of time. Dominic...

Just returned from a two night weekend and was very impressed. A wonderful getaway in a perfect location. The cabin was spacious and had everything you could possibly want. Two days weren't long enough. Hosts were very helpful and respectful of your privacy. We stayed in the furthest cabin and it felt like there was no one else around for...

My Partner took me for a surprise mid-week getaway to escape the Sydney rat race and every moment from the minute we pulled in at Manzanilla was fantastic.(22nd-23rd November) Dominic met us in the drive and showed us to the secluded fully self contained cabins set in beautiful bush land and showed us around and then even offered to drive...

This place was PERFECT! Although it is a little bit out of the main part of the Hunter, this place was fantastic, really felt like we were in the middle of no where and were able to unwind 100%. (allowing us to let our hair down without feeling as though we were disturbing the other people.) As we were going...

Stayed here for a short break, travelling with my parents. Located in Lovedale, which was a great spot for exploring some more of the boutique wineries. I have stayed in Pokolbin and Broke before, and really enjoyed the area. We self drove some of the vineyards, which worked well as three great ones that were recommended by Dominic and Jane...

Last year I stayed in one of their cottages with my 3 bridesmaids the night prior to my wedding. My husband an I then stayed in the same cottage the night of the wedding and 1 more night (without the bridesmaids). It was so lovely that we stayed in one of the cottages at for our 1st wedding anniversary. Both...

“We were in one of the smaller cottages, this would have easily catered for two couples. Only stayed four night, really to immerse yourself in the surroundings a week stay would be better.”
