My friend and I went on Tuesday 25/4. She'd had a voucher for a Christmas present and invited me. We enjoyed the whole experience. Lovely and clean, nice staff. Used both pools and saunas and thought the 2.5 hours was just enough, felt great afterwards.

Thank you very much for nice review!

The spa is one of the best. The water is geothermal, at about 36-37 degrees Celsius so it is the hottest water In all spa centres around Bansko. The rooms were clean, but the bed was a little bit uncomfortable. The roman and turkish baths were phenomenal as were the saunas.

When we arrived we got room that we didn`t expected. Although we were just the two of us we wanted apartment and we paid for the apartment in the travel agency because we wanted to feel comfortable. Unfortunately i think that we got the smallest apartment ln the whole hotel, and the reason in my opinion is because we were...

Would of given 5* but as the steam and sauna level was out of bounds due to refurbishment I can't rate the whole experience. However really beautiful views from the thermal roof top pool. Very relaxing and therapeutic. Will definitely be visiting again to experience the whole package!

The only thing good in this hotel is the SPA and the thermal water. Everything else is terrible. I wouldn't recommend the hotel to anyone. The list of things that disappointed me the most: - Rooms, although renovated are very poor, and don't be fooled by the name LUX of the apartment, it is the total opposite of lux -...

Great location - you can see three great mountains from the balcony, cosy accommodation at a fair price. The spa facilities and naturally warm mineral water are outstanding - two large internal pools, big jacuzzi bathtub, turkish bath, large salt and aroma saunas, japanese o'furo barrels bath and more. Food was fresh and tasty. There is a charming garden outside...

Very disappointing stay this december, one week ago. The food was awful and poor both at dinner and breakfast! The Reception was rude and nasty. The kid room is really small and almost empty! The package that we paid was big enough but did not meet our expectations! The only good thing is the SPA and the hot water, despite...

Good for natural warm thermal pool lovers. Two indoor and a small outdoor pool. One indoor pool big and very hot - 36 Celsius, the second (kid's) pool: smaller, warm enough (30 Celsius) for a long stay in it. The rooms: basic, very warm, good internet, could be better cleaned. Food: classic - nothing special. Dinks: surprisingly good and cheap....

The SPA and the garden are really good. Unfortunarelly this is not applicable for the hotel. The rooms are with a very basic low level furniture. In a matter of fact "low level" aplies for everything in the hotel itself like common areas, food in the restorant etc. At the reception they are kind only until they check you in....

First time in this hotel, in general very positive experience. SPA centre is excellent. The termal water pool is very hot, although on our visit one pool was closed, no prior notice from the staff. The hotel is extremelly warm, you need summer clothes no matter the weather outside, and it can be dificult to sleep. The room very basic,...

Dear Natasa P! Thanks for your good words! We always try to raise our service. It will take a little time and you will see the reconstracted rooms and apartments. And we hope that you will like them. Our guests have a very good appetite, so sometimes the food just does not have time for them. And we are sorry...
