Great atmosphere, nice people. Rooms are nicely decorated. Pool area is nice and fun to chill out. Riki the owner is a great guy! Few minutes walk to the beach, nice restaurants around. Not walking distance to the center (needed only for ATM). Cleaning level can be improved.

We stayed 5 nights in a room on the ground floor. We planned to book a Villa but these were all booked, so we went for a room instead. In my opinion this was not so bad after all. As opposed to the villas, the room offered much more privacy and it had a nice terrace as well. Downside was...

The rooms are clean and very nice, the staff is helpfull and the location us great, only 2 minutes walking to the beach. Is great to enjoy the swimming pool after the surf, and also the BBQ. I will definitively come back to Griss and recommend it to my friends.

I'm currently staying here and love it. The place has a very personal service and you can really tell they _want_ to help you. The location is beautiful and the cheapest rooms and are great and the most expensive ones are like having an apartment of your own where you easily can fit 4 people with beds if two want...

We definately cannot recommend Griss Lodge and found it extremely poor value. The Garden house we stayed in looked nice at first sight, but nothing worked: the aircon, the shower, the kitchen, the lock on the door - nothing worked, and in the end we gave up trying to find the so called hosts. Besides, the restaurant and pool area...

We lived in one of the wooden houses for a week. It was by far the coolest "room" we've ever had. It was clean, safe and the owners are fantastic. They helped us booking tours and activities and are also extremely flexible and service minded. If you're going to Santa Teresa should you stay at Griss!

Ricki and Samona are amazing hosts for an amazing property! Just a few steps off the bus stop and a short skip to the beach (a path just across the street) you can't go wrong here. Our apartment is phenomenal with an equipped kitchen, hot water, and beautiful patio. The pool is a perfect way to end a hot day...

Spent 3 nights in February. 2014 We stayed in the 2 story house, the left side. Very comfy, quiet, the pool is great, We just felt totally relaxed, loved the path to the beach, would stay again, only longer. Rented quads to explore, a great way to easily get around to figure out the place you like best. Griss Lodge...

What a beautiful and accommodating place! We spent a week in Santa Teresa celebrating our anniversary and everything was perfect. We eat great food (one time Ricky arrange fresh fish delivery for us so we could BBQ ourselves), we chill in the pool ( Ricky gave us some helpful tips on how to teach our 2yo how to swim), we...

We spent 6 nights at the Griss and we felt like we were staying in paradise! We opted for the two floor garden house. It's basically floors 2 & 3 of one of the houses. The first floor was very spacious with a nice sitting area, dinner area and kitchenette. The upstairs had 2 bedrooms. We were able to put...
