We stayed for one week in very cosy family apartment. The service was excellent and discreet. Amenities such a bread delivery in the morning sauna and a large jacuzzi made our stay a memorable one. The managing couple were indeed very helpful with everything and the luxury block house ambiance made everything special.

We stayed there for 3 nights and I must say that this chalet went above my expectations! The location is great, walking distance from all the shops and close to the lake for entertainment and fun! The chalet is kept super tidy! The owners are super kind and friendly and speak English and German very well! There is a spa on site. And the chalet respects the environment which is hard to find!

Booked a duplex apartment in Chalet Ana, back in November for family of 5. Lovely small building in pristine condition. Low key, calm location so walking softly and keeping energetic kids quiet where possible, probably only drawback. Comfy beds, good cosy space and well- equipped, new kitchen area and decent fridge with small freezer perfect for us. And restaurants/Spar etc all in easy walking distance even with small kids. They recommended sports hire and helped with Ski - school. Brother-in law stayed in next door suite complex - so super easy to meet up in the evenings in our place. And we even organised our last breakfast in the dining room of the 4youlodge which was a nice treat too. Real sun-trap at the back with the hot-tub. And when we left a bag behind they were on the case immediately to organise it's posting to us. Just to note, with kids and all ski-gear access to slopes/cable car is best using the shuttle bus stop nearby - approx. 900m walk - so too much with stuff - but ok amble otherwise. Would have been good to have English TV channels in the mix of the other international options.

We spent 1 week in the La Balmette apartment (4 adults, 2 toddlers, 2 babies) and simply LOVED it: the apartment is quite spacey, modern and decorated with style. The kitchen is very well equipped (oven, micro, fridge, ventilated vitroceramic cooker, senseo coffee machine, fondue set, etc). Raclette set can be borrowed. The spa (sauna and jacuzzi) is free and open from 10:00 to 20:00. It can be reserved in the morning at the reception (30min max for each = 1hr per apartment every day - or longer, if available, but you need to ask beforehand at the reception. It is typically empty on lunchtime). You can also get massages but these are charged extra. Towels and bed linen are included in the price of the apartment and you can have them changed at any time for a supplement (but frankly, no need, as you get 3 towels and a dressing gown per person for a week). You can have your laundry done for 15 euros (you just drop it in the morning and get it back in the evening, folded). Mr Martinez, who runs the place, is extremely helpful and kind, he will go the extra mile to make your stay perfect. As for the rooms, there is one double with a shower downstairs and 3 rooms upstairs (two doubles and a single - out of which 2 neighboring - a single and a double - practical for parents with a bigger kid). There is a separate bathroom with a bath and a shower upstairs. There is enough space in the rooms to put a baby bed but not an extra bed. The staircase is quite steep so small children need help going up and down but there is a barrier upstairs so they can't go down on their own. Baby beds are provided free of charge. The skiing school is about 15min walk from the chalet (with small kids). The chalet is uphill, though, so you might need a sledge for the little ones if you want to go quickly. You can leave the sledge (or stroller or skis) in the garage of the chalet. The chalet has an agreement with the ski rental service in front of the lifts thanks to which we got a 20% discount. We were able to leave our equipment there so we did not have to carry it up up and down to the chalet every day (much appreciated). There is a small supermarket next to the chalet. Overall: basically only pluses, the only slight disadvantage for parents of small children being the short stroll to the ski lifts / the skiing school (but nothing unmanageable, especially not for grown ups and bigger kids) and it definitely should not put you off choosing chalet Ana. At Les Angles they are the best, we can warmly recommend it, be it for families or even better for couples (we were a little envious of those - I would have loved to enjoy the spa just with my second half!! :-)

Beautifully presented chalet, services and rooms. We stayed in a 2 room apartment, both had en suite showers. View to the front of the chalet over looking the lake is lovely. Space enough for 4 to dine and lounge. Kitchen was well stocked for tea and coffee (great coffee machine) and cooking We had breakfast provided which was a great range of bread. Also had a meat fondue provided for first night arrival, all waiting in the fridge, just had to cook which was easy and fund. All produce provided is local. The spa has a lovely jacuzzi and sauna, all very clean and well presented. You book private half hour slots for the spa. Just 5 mins walk to the shops and old town and 10 mins to the slopes, but there is a really good ski bus service which passes the chalet. A real quality, relaxing chalet apartment in close proximity to the lovely old village and ski village services. Thank you for a lovely stay
