We stayed here two nights as part of a pre-booked walking tour and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The room was fine and the staff were very helpful and welcoming. There is a good size pool and the gardens are nicely landscaped and lit atmospherically at night. We had breakfast and dinner included in our package. Breakfast was a good buffet, although...

We stayed for one night in this hotel in our quest to visit "Les Plus Beaux Villages de France," a list that included Roussillon. The room was spotless, comfortable (a brand new mattress!), and pretty. The pool and garden, which we could see from our little terrace, were lovely, too. The shrubbery around the terraces made them fairly private, too....

We support the many positive reviews on the website of this hotel. Don't expect a five star hotel but it deserves the rating 'good'. There is a large, free and protected parking, a swimming pool. Our room was spacious enough for us, the breakfast was fine and its location is very convenient and not far away from the heart of...

Location is very good - a 15 minute walk to old town Roussillion and a 30 minute drive to all those little towns in Luberon. Friendly and helpful staff. Room and grounds were clean, but very basic Nothing spectacular, Everything was sort of bland.

I enjoyed our stay at Les Sables for the most part. The rooms are sparse and plain. The bed is hard as rock! Showers are poorly designed so you have to use your limited towels to mop up the water. No shampoo. No coffee service in the room. WiFi is locked. HOWEVER The staff was friendly and breakfast was good....

We stayed in Provence and used hotel sable d'ocre as our base to discover the Luberon villages , although the location of the hotel was fantastic 10 min walk to the cozy little town of Rousillon, however the hotel lacks charm and finess, I wish I had stayed at hostelerie de Roy soleil in menerbes which was a bit more...

We stayed here for just one night as part of a pre-booked bike tour. We were really impressed at the standard for what is billed as a 2* hotel. The staff were great, and very, very welcoming. The day was exceptionally hot but our room remained cool even without the aircon switched on. The hotel has a really large, very...

Roussillon is a perfect village full of restaurants of all prices. A nice 10 minute stroll away is this excellent hotel and this has been our third visit. Everything is almost faultless; anyone visiting here cannot fail to be impressed. Now my one gripe: I object to paying 11 euros for breakfast only to have sub-standard coffee from one of...

We reserved Les Sables because all the other hotels around were full. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised by the location, niceness of the hotel and grounds, and the family who own it. It is just outside the town but is a pleasant (albeit uphill) walk to Roussillon and the cliffs of ochre. It isn't plush, but the rooms...

The hotel is a short distance out of Roussillon with ample & safe private parking. The staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful. The hotel isn't fancy or pretentious and there is no elevator but the room was spacious and clean and included free internet service. After a long day of walking and touring, we opted to dine in the hotel's...
