We stayed two nights at La Maison des Ocres at room 32. The owner kindly let us choose between a larger room and balcony, or a smaller room and terrace. We chose the latter one because of the spectacular 180 degree views to the valley. Hotel is situated conveniently very close to Roussillon village. They serve a very nice buffet... More

We were very pleasantly surprised by the modern renovations that had been done since our guidebook was published. Our host, François, gave us a choice of available rooms. We chose the third floor room with a large balcony and a breathtaking view of the valley. The thunder storm upon our arrival added to the atmospherics. We had free parking across... More

Bright, airy, spacious, views over the valley towards Gordes. Within a couple minutes walking distance of town centre. Highly recommend. New furnishings in beautiful arty colours to lift the spirit. Best hotel we have stayed at so far.

We've stayed at this hotel on several occasions, prior to new ownership, and I wouldn't hesitate in saying that it's now the best place to stay in the area. Francois and Dominique have transformed this hotel with style, personality and such amazing service, nothing is too much trouble. We booked this hotel before our wedding in the area and all... More

We stayed one night in a room on the ground floor. The room was modern and very clean. The pool was lovely and a welcome relief from the hot weather. There was free parking and it was very close to the town. I would have given it 5 stars but the wifi would only work if you sat within 10... More

Refurbished hotel which we were one of the first to stay in. The village is gorgeous, we have stated before. The hotel was one of the best on our three week trip. The pool really helps what with the summer sun in this area. The rooms are specious and relaxing, the balcony just adds to it. Breakfast buffet is spot... More

We very much enjoyed our stay in this hotel for several reasons: We were welcomed like family although it was our first time staying there. Prior to the re-opening of the hotel with a new owner, I communicated several times with the new owner to make sure our reservation was being honored with the right amenities and was very pleased... The new owners (since 03/16) are doing a wonderful job of updating and renovating. Very personable and local to the area. We were very pleased with our choice of this hotel. Convenient parking and easy access to town.
