Fabulous week in Chalet Linga, super chalet with hot tub and plenty of space, en-suite rooms and a fabulous menu, served by 2 amazing young people with outstanding manners and efficiency. Ski in and out chalet right next to the Linga bubble lift. Everything arranged for us-lift passes and ski hire delivered to the chalet. I would definitely recommend Alpinebreaks as a top class holiday company. A much needed holiday that did not let us down, see you next year!

We were due to travel with Alpine Breaks to their beautiful chalet in Chatel in Feb 2021. We had originally booked with another company but their lack of flexibility regarding the current pandemic resulted in us getting in contact with Darren who has been fantastic and sets the standard for professionalism and customer service. We are so disappointed that we are unable to travel to stay with Alpine Breaks this year but have been able to reschedule our holiday without hassle or confrontation. Darren has been accommodating for our group needs and has been very helpful and punctual throughout the changing situations due to the pandemic. We are delighted to be booked for 2022 and cannot recommend highly enough Darren and Alpine Breaks. If you are looking to book for 2022 a ski holiday in a beautiful chalet with a ski company that is exceptional then look no further than Alpine Breaks.

Chalet Linga is a superb ski in - out chalet which is enhanced by the high standards and customer service provided by Darren and his team, We have stayed with Alpine Breaks for the last 12 years and used this chalet for the last 8. Spacious well furnished rooms, boot and ski storage located at the bottom of the piste and a stones throw away from the lift. The food is of a very high standard and any dietary requirements have always been catered for even at short notice. We were due back this year but Covid has scuppered our plans. The way Darren has managed our booking during this time has been nothing other than excellent, he has provided continuous updates, reassurance and honesty. Darren has built his business on customer service which is the main draw for us, a very professional guy who genuinely cares about his customers and this has shone through during what must be a very difficult time. We will certainly be back when circumstances allow and would highly recommend the chalet and company to any potential customers looking for high quality and great service.

We were a group of 12 staying at Chalet Linga in February 2020. We hadn’t been to Chatel before. The chalet is nicer than it looks in the photos. The boot room is on the same floor as the ground floor bedrooms, the first floor is for the sitting dining room and kitchen and the second floor is for additional bedrooms. It was quite big and the rooms were spacious. There was a great log fire. The location is brilliant, about 70m from the Linga bubble lift. When it snowed we were able to ski back to the front door - by skiing down the road! The hot tub was a high spot, overlooking the pistes - but also overlooked by the surrounding chalets. That didn’t bother us. The food from Arron and Tristan was great and they looked after us really well. The wine was good quality and plentiful. The ski hire went really well with them coming to the chalet and sorting everything out and dealing with changes in needs throughout the week. We had several days of snow which was great but meant that quite a lot of the lifts wee shut and there were a lot of avalanche explosions. The slopes were very busy because it was half term for the French, Belgians and Dutch but it got quieter later in the week. The resort can’t really cope with that number of visitors so choose your week carefully. The only downside was the WiFi and 4G signal which was very poor. This wouldn’t have mattered normally but because we were ‘snowed in’ on a couple of days it did limit our options. But overall a terrific chalet in brilliant location in a great resort with an outstanding Alpine Breaks team. Sad to be home again!

We had an amazing Christmas holiday in Chalet Linga (and Châtel) with family (grandparents with children and grandchildren, 8 adults and 5 kids aged 5-11). We loved the Chalet and the Châtel itself. We are skiers and non-skiers, both had plenty to do and see. The location of Chalet was perfect to skiers and to non-skiers, with ski bus it was easy to move to village or to other ski areas than Linga. Especially we skiers loved the Pre la Joux - area and route to Avoriaz. Great skiing and lots of nice restaurants. Our favourite slope was a long slope from a Top of Mossettes. We were skiing every day, 6 days. To non-skiers the Linga area offered All you can ask: option to go up with Gondola, toboggan slide, couple of restaurants.. and a short walking/bus ride to the Village. Darren and the boys were amazing! We booked directly from the Alpinebreaks. We were satisfied with everything: service, arrangements, transfers, Chalet, hot tub, food, location.. and Châtel itself. We have been skiing in many places and stayed in many Chalets.. but this place with catering and service was the best!! They even made our Christmas unforgettable with Christmas three, Christmas dinner with home made Vin chaud 😉,driving us to see Santa and fireworks and have some more Vin chaud and hot chocolate at lake Vonnes before dinner... we loved it! Every day after coming back We have dreamed to get back there - hope it is possible next winter (in February)😉⛷☀️❤️ And there is no way back from catered chalets to selfcatered... 😌😉 Thanks!
