Hotel is not accessible by car (none are in this area). Cab drivers call the hotel as they are driving and the hotel staff is waiting nearby to collect luggage. Hotel is on the edge of a caldera, with rooms down from the main entrance. Lobby is a small room snuggled into the hillside. We booked a superior Room with view & breakfast. Upgraded to a 2-bedroom suite. Room was large, simply decorated, and clean. We had two semi-private patios. Could not have asked for a more attractive setting or room. Staff was exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly. Hotel does not have a restaurant (no space) but breakfast is served in the pool area. Breakfast is ordered of a menu and was good and fresh. The grounds are beautiful, as is the infinity pool. The views are truly incredible from anywhere on the property. Multiple superb restaurants are less than a 5-minute stroll from the hotel. Thira town is a 15-minute walk from the hotel, although there is not much to do there that is not available near the hotel other than an excellent museum. A wonderful experience on Santorini!…
Great place just 10 min walking distance to lively Fira Few restaurants in Firostefani The view from the Belvedere is outstanding, the location as well, the pool delighting, the staff helpful and friendly. Many stairs to climb and no lift, as usual in Santorini Breakfast nice, can be very wIndy in the morning Drinks delicious by the pool, watching the fantastic sunset Due to Covid restrictions we had to book a slot for the cleaning which was easy and convenient The staff at Réception can help you to rent a car, book a restaurant explain the area and more As a family of 4 we had a flat with 2 beds 2 baths and a mini kitchen, plus a jacuzzi, it was paradise.
What a fab place to stay … I do not have a negative about the place .All the staff were exceptional especially the girls at breakfast … always had a smile on their faces even when the wind was blowing a gale … always had time for a chat …. Rooms were spotless .. cleaned daily and frequent linen changes …. Very quiet at night .. not disturbed by noise Views are the best Plenty of places to eat … cheap or expensive… lots of walking to be done round Santorini Thankyou again to all the staff ….. Especially the lovely girl at the bar ( and breakfast) Cheers me dear 😃
You know you’ve hit the jackpot the moment you look out from the hotel terraces. The views from the Belvedere are breathtaking from all angles. The sunsets from here put the sunsets at Oia to shame. The location couldn’t be more convenient to transport and shopping as well as some of the best restaurants on the island. The breakfast is great and the wait staff friendly and courteous but the highlight of the stay was the management. Thanos, Nicki and Vanessa were three of the finest managers/concierges anyone could ask for. They were helpful with rooms, scheduling, sightseeing and everything in between. The Belvedere’s value, hospitality and views can’t be matched on this lovely island. A must stay on Santorini. C&L
Booking this you look at the rooms which are lovely and expect this ,we went as two couples while our friends had the rooms ,with only 12 steps to main path ,we didn't we had 63 steps to get up and down every time ,we went out at 66 yr not fit I found a nightmare ,but we were on level for pool and breakfast ,our room was very small but outside nice and sunset views ,sunbeds and was cleaned every day ,we found breakfast nice all staff everyone was helpful,A wonderful fella carrying your luggage was amazing god help him with all the steps , anyone coming don't rely on the photos for your room ,email if youv difficulty with steps ,though Santorini is not the place to go every where there's steps cobbles slopes ,but a stunning beautiful place
