We stayed at Villa Ilias for 5 days in mid May and had a fabulous time. The owners and staff were very friendly and accomodating. The location of the hotel is great, very easy to find and very accessible. Firostefani is quiet, but with enough restaurants and mini-markets without having to travel any distances. Villa Ilias is located on the...

I was thrilled to get a caldera-view room at a great rate. Booking rather last-minute in May, I was able to get a great rate for a comfortable room at this family-run hotel near Fira. The hotel is easy to access both from the main road as well as the cobblestone walk-street and is an easy walk to the center...

It was my first visit to Greece, and Santorini for my daughter and I, and really enjoyed our stay at Villa Ilias. The hotel's views were super, pool area overlooking the caldera stunning, and the town of Fira. The location of this small hotel in FiraStephani is good because it is just 10 minutes walk from Fira, so not as...

We were grabbed on arrival at the airport by a shuttle bus driver who charged 15 euros to take us and our suitcases to Villa Ilias, about 15 mins away. All OK. Arrived at the reception desk, and were shown to out room, all info given regarding keys, maps etc. Easy checkin. Comfortable average room, Greek style with compact bathroom....

Once again Villa Ilias and owners George and Pauline made a dream vacation come true in beautiful Santorini! The family owned hotel is situated in quiet Firostefani and overlooks the magnificent volcanic caldera. Great restaurants are nearby, as well a mini market, and travel agency. Fira is a15 minute walk down the scenic cobblestone pathway. Villa Ilias has become a...

Santorini is one of those places that once you visit, it captures your heart and soul. What makes this volcanic island more spectacular are its people. This was our 7th stay in Santorini and 6th year staying at Villa Ilias in Firostefani. We have stayed in bigger chain hotels all over the world but nothing compares to the warm welcome...

What can I say. We just had our sixth stay at Villa Ilias. George and Pauline, the owners, are now our dear friends. The location of the hotel is perfect being situated on the caldera with the jaw dropping view but you also get views to the east side of the island as well. The breakfast buffet is great and...

My husband and I stayed here in May 2013. We had a great vacation here. We stayed in an exclusive room; I chose this because it guaranteed a full view of the caldera and private balcony. The view was amazing. To wake up, open the double doors to the room and see the the volcano from bed was incredible. Breakfast...

This was an awesome hotel. Great rooms, clean, very nice owners, great location, nice view of the Caldera, and nice pool. I could go on and on. Good breakfast, parking included, so if you rent a car / scooter / quad you don't need to worry about parking. We rented some and had no issues. The location is very good....

Some friends of mine want to come and visit me in Santorini so I went around to check out some hotels that interested me. One of them was Villa Ilias. The hotel has been recommended to me many times before from customers of ours, but I needed to check it out by myself to for a better opinion. All rooms...
