The Hotel Zorzis in Santorini has been renamed and it is now called "SPIROS & HIROKO Hotel". Rest assured that this is a change of name only and our dedication to the very high standards of comfort and service that our guests have come to expect are exactly the same as they have always been. The management and ownership of the hotel remain the same. The hotel, totally refurbished recently, is situated in the centre of Perissa on the main road, just 300 meters from one of the island’s popular black beaches. The hotel is furnished in the island color and offers comfortable rooms with balconies. All rooms have bathroom with shower, hairdryer, individually controlled air conditioning, ceiling fan, fridge, satellite LCD TV, direct dial telephone, cable and wireless internet access (computer not provided) and safety deposit box. The hotel has a breakfast room / lounge with patio doors leading to a terrace overlooking a flower filled garden. Reception desk with fax and mail services. The hotels beautiful swimming pool with an attached jacuzzi / whirlpool is set in idyllic surroundings with an impressive mountain backdrop. Just the place to relax. The hotel is close to a variety of shops, cafes, restaurants, and just 20 meters from the bus stop. There is also private car parking for our hotel guests. We are sorry but the hotel does not take children under the age of 14 years old. Pets are not allowed. The owner, cruise ships Captain Spiros, is on hand to answer any questions you may have and is remembered by many guests for his attentive and warm hospitality.

This was a fabulous little hotel run by two of the nicest and most genuine people we have ever come across. The hotel spotless throughout and the bedroom was lovely and bright. The bed was very comfortable and we had a fresh and delicious continental breakfast each day. The pool area is lovely and calm and quiet with plenty of sun loungers and surrounded by beautiful flowers. The hotel is in a great location in Perissa, all of it easily walkable. There are restaurants and bars next to the hotel and the beach front is a two minute walk away as is the central area. Perissa is much quieter than the other side of the island and has a laid back feel to it. It doesn’t get the cruise ship crowds which we felt was a real bonus. We hired a car and everywhere was really easy to reach, we felt this was a better option than getting the bus because all buses go via Fira (the main town). However wherever we went we did see public bus stops so it wouldn’t be too difficult to reach anywhere on the island. We parked our car in a large free public car park a minutes walk from the hotel. There is a fabulous bakery a minutes walk away which opens 24 hours a day and did amazing cakes and pastries.

Hotel's Favourite
My husband and I have just got back from our stay at Spiros & Hiroko hotel for our honeymoon. We had the most amazing time; Spiros and Hiroko were so kind, helpful, warm and welcoming. The hotel itself is beautiful and the pool is amazing. The rooms are stunning and always spotless. Location wise- this hotel is perfect. It is right beside a bus stop with links to all the major places in Santorini. It is also perfectly located for Perissa's beautiful beach and local restaurants (less than 5 minute walk away). There are supermarkets nearby and everything else you could possibly need. The pool is stunning and always clean, there are plenty of sun loungers and gorgeous mountain views as you relax. Above all, the welcome given to us by Spiros and Hiroko made our holiday the best yet. They were so accommodating and couldn't do enough to help us. We miss them already! If you book directly, you also get an amazing continental breakfast each day which we highly recommend.

Read the excellent reviews beforehand and as a result, we're really looking forward to our holiday. We were not disappointed. This really is an excellent little hotel run by the two of the nicest and most helpful people I have ever met. The hotel is spotless and in a great position for bars, restaurants, the beach, local buses and the excellent bakery. The pool area is really relaxing and has great views. Cannot fault anything about this hotel.

This gem of a hotel is run by two of the loveliest people you could ever wish to meet, Captain Spiros and his wife Hiroko, whose passion and pride for their property shines. The rooms are spotless, as is the rest of the building and the pool is a beautiful, it is immaculate, with lovely plants and wonderful views. The whole experience we had here was fabulous, a welcome break from the hustle and bustle of Santorini!

A return trip to stay in the welcoming care of Spiros and Hiroko and also their wonderful chambermaid Maria. Santorini and Perissa in particular are simply tremendous places to visit. Calm, relaxing and very welcoming, this particular boutique hotel score 5's across each category. Other reviews will mention the excellent breakfast, how spotless the rooms and hotel are, but also how immaculate every part of the hotel is, from pool area, decor and how well maintained the property is. There are some large holiday companies, Tui and the like, charging upto £500 per night and I'm sure that they offer an excellent product. My recommendation is to try Spiros & Hiroko and save over £400 per nght - you will not be disappointed. Book through this site as you wont find them in brochures or Booking .com People make multiple return visits for a reason....and we'll be returning next year as well.

We are not normally up for returning to the same destination / accommodation but in the case of Santorini and specifically this hotel we make an exception! This being our 4th visit. Spiros and Hiroko are such lovely people and they go out of their way to make your holiday special. Nothing is too much trouble and the accommodation itself is beautifully maintained and really is spotless. Breakfast served by Hiroko is fresh and sets you up nicely for the day. If you don't want to venture far the pool area awaits and has stunning mountain views. There is no clamour for sunbeds! Whilst the hotel is located on the main road into Perissa noise is most definitely not a problem and everything (the beach, bars and restaurants) are close by. The local bus providing access to the whole of Santorini can be caught almost outside the hotel. There really is nothing not to like and this explains why we will continue to return time and time again.

Another wow factor week 19th until 26th September at this gem of a hotel. Our friends had never been before and were delighted with cleanliness of the hotel and rooms. And to top it all the pool was amazing. It was my 4th time there and Spiros and Hiroko never disappoint.

We have just returned from 2 weeks at this beautiful hotel! Perfectly located and around a 5 minute walk to the beach and it's many bards and restaurants. The hotel and pool area are spotlessly clean. Towels and sheets changed regularly and room cleaned and bins emptied every day. Powerful shower, plenty of hot water and very comfortable kingsize beds. The pool area is perfect and very peaceful surrounded by beautiful plants and trees. There are enough sun beds for every guest so no need to reserve (as happens in many hotels!) Breakfast is continental and the dining room is cool and airy (there is also the option to eat outside) There is no bar - but a 2 minute walk will lead you to Dorian's where you can also order food from Grandma's Recipes and they will deliver to your table. The majority of guests were return visitors and I can see why! What really makes this hotel though are Spiros and Hiroko. Their kindness, help and attention to detail is second to none and they cannot do enough for you! Such lovely, welcoming people! Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

Had the loveliest week with Spiros and Hiroko, our second visit now. Can’t describe how special this place is, you truly feel so welcomed. The hotel is immaculate, the pool area is spotlessly clean, the gardens are beautiful and the breakfast is delicious. We can’t wait to visit again.
