I needed to get away from Covid and relax in the sun for a week. I had visited Perissa 3 times before and always enjoyed it. I found a flight and found Annys studios. Had a very friendly welcome and came to my room. It is quite small, but spotlessly clean. They are very well organised re Covid as are all the bars and restaurants.
It is very restful. It’s very quiet and heartbreaking to see the usually busy restaurants with few people sitting, enjoying meals. I would recommend Annys!

The staff were amazing, and on every occasion went the extra mile. Fantastic customer service. Matthew especially was super friendly and gave us a lovely warm welcome, providing us with a wealth of knowledge about the area, and looked after us throughout our stay. Location was perfect- right next to the beautiful beach, restaurants/bars and shops (plus, it is only a 20-minute taxi ride from the airport). View from balcony overlooked a small, but nice pool with a cute bar which was especially pretty when lit up at night. Very relaxed vibe. Room was basic but clean, with effective air conditioning, strong WIFI connection and security box.

I wish I could give it five stars, but ultimately, and it's what I expected, its Greece and most accommodation is quite basic. However, the room we had more than met our needs, it was very clean, sheets/towels are changed daily (if you wish), the air con (very much needed!!!) was fantastic, they even provide a safe for free plus free washing facilities!!! The best part for us though were Vassilios and his staff. We could not have been made to feel more welcome. We visited Oia, Kamari and Fira whilst there, but couldn't wait to get back to our place in Perissa. For us, this was not only the cheapest resort to eat and drink, it was the friendliest by far. We hope and intend to go back next year, and I for one wont be looking at staying anywhere else, the location is simply the icing on the cake, right in the middle of all the local bars and restaurants, but set back so you don't get the associated noises that come with the location. Vassilios, thanks for trying your hardest to help me locate my lost phone, and Matthew, you're a top barman !!! Hopefully, see you all again next year.

My Mum and I chose this place to stay because it was so close to the beach and extremely reasonably priced. We were picked up from the airport by Dimitri for our free transfer and then a short drive got us to the self catering apartments. On our arrival we were given pieces of advice on where to go and what to do, including a map. We ended up booking on a fantastic trip because of this and visited many places they recommended. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. I would definitely recommend this place to any young travellers or couples as there were so many people like this there and it was clearly a really sociable atmosphere, but also quite chilled, me and my mum were still able to relax and get a good nights sleep. The people who worked here we delightful, always helpful and polite. I was very sad to leave and would have liked to stay longer.

My 6 nights at Anny Studios exceeded my expectations in every way. As a "studio" I didn't expect housekeeping but every day my bed was made, dishes washed, and place tided up. The thoughtful owners/managers were always on hand to answer any questions and give good advice. They couldn't have been nicer.

The room itself was spacious and included a cute, little balcony with small dining table and two chairs. Inside another table and chair provided a place for my laptop and the two nightstands held everything I needed. This is the only hotel I've every visited where there were ample hangers in the wardrobe.

I took advantage of the free use of the washing machine. There were clothes lines in a secluded area to dry the clothing.

There's a lovely swimming pool in case the ocean (30 meters away) is too cold for swimming.

If you're going to Perissa Beach, this is THE place to stay.

First have to say that the staff is friendly and accommodating, I did appreciate that. However, I didn't enjoy my stay here mostly because of how little I was able to sleep. Most (if not all) of the rooms are around the pool area which also contains a bar. The walls are paper thin so you can hear every laugh, yell and music being played. Quiet time? No.The first night was awful, there was very loud live music playing at a bar nearby and didn't stop til about 2am. Also, our first room smelt so strong of sewage we had to request another. You can feel the springs in the bed jabbing you while you sleep. Just made for a few rough nights of sleep, which is frustrating when you're exhausted from a filled day of adventure or have to be up before the sunrise for your flight. Not a bad place to stay if you stay up partying every night or if you're a heavy sleeper and can sleep through anything, but personally I couldn't wait to leave.

Santorini is known to be one of the most amazing place in the world. Don't let this hostel ruin your experience in Santorini. It's such a vast difference, the moment you step out of the hostel, you see all these fancy restaurants and when you step back into the hostel, it's truly depressing.

The hostel is supposed to provide pick up service from the port if we booked for a minimum of 4 nights. I emailed them 2 days prior to our arrival to request for it but there wasn't any reply. When we arrived, I called the hostel and the receptionist said it wasn't their fault that they didn't receive it. I asked if they could come and pick us up now but he refused until I asked him for his name and he relented. We waited 20 minutes for the driver and we had to detour to the airport to pick up some others. Due to their flight delay, we waited for a while and the driver transferred us to another car. It took us a total of 2 hours to get to the hostel even tho it was only 5km away.

Upon arrival, I had a bad feeling that this is going to be a crappy hostel so I asked if I could pay for the first 2 nights instead of all 4 nights but the receptionist demanded me to pay for the full sum. The 6 bed dormitory stinks, the locker wasn't working and the toilet is dirty. There is no wifi in the room and it is extremely slow in the common area. The common area is fine with a nice pool but the rooms need some serious renovation. The pictures do not reflect the actual state and look of the rooms. They are entirely deceiving. I've been to run down hostels like this but they are in third world countries such as Myanmar and Albania.

Anny Studios is one of the best hostels I have stayed in. After staying in 13 across Europe, the facilities they offer are rarely come by! FREE laundry services, FREE computer access, pool bar, bus timetables, the staff even offered when I was lingering around the common room to put on movies! They have FREE transports from the port to the hotel at various times, just incredibly accommodating. The location is ridiculously close to the beach, literally 30 metres and close by to shops and the bus stop. The rooms had a fridge and sink for mild cooking facilities and the rooms were cleaned EVERYDAY. I cant stress enough how amazing my stay was here, definitely recommend!

Exceptionally helpful staff- excellent location off beach front. Clean. Very comfortable. Excellent value! I am a woman traveling alone and found it super easy to find. Super close to fancy hotels- in front are beach chairs- lounges with excellent food choices. Best deal in town!
