Anny Studios are situated at the centre of Perissa, 30 meters from the beach (the location couldn't be better). Perissa is one of the most popular destinations of Santorini Island, is the longer beach famous for the infinite black sand and the dark blue waters, where you can enjoy various water sports, diving, snorkeling, a water park, horse riding, mountain hiking and ..?..?..?.., there is also many restaurants, cocktails bars, clubs and shops are all around Perissa Beach. Anny studios is a new building with private rooms and studios for 1 to 8 people and share rooms for 6 or 8 people. Our place has swimming pool, a snack bar next of the pool, satellite TV room for watch movies or sports, WI-FI for free!!! , laundry machine to use for free, internet corner, reception services, foreign exchange, transfers, car and motor rentals, organized tours around the island and our unique volcano. The staff were amazing, and on every occasion went the extra mile. Fantastic customer service. Matthew especially was super friendly and gave us a lovely warm welcome, providing us with a wealth of knowledge about the area, and looked after us throughout our stay. Location was perfect- right next to the beautiful beach, restaurants/bars and shops (plus, it is only a 20-minute taxi ride from the airport). View from balcony overlooked a small, but nice pool with a cute bar which was especially pretty when lit up at night. Very relaxed vibe. Room was basic but clean, with effective air conditioning, strong WIFI connection and security box.

Thank you to all of you for a wonderful 2 week stay.offered a choice of rooms on arrival spacious typically greek style rooms with free aircon and allowed to stay in room on final day till our leaving time(4pm as opposed to 11am) also free.thank you to iason for being their for all our needs and to cynthia and the boss for your superb hospitallity.

I needed to get away from Covid and relax in the sun for a week. I had visited Perissa 3 times before and always enjoyed it. I found a flight and found Annys studios. Had a very friendly welcome and came to my room. It is quite small, but spotlessly clean. They are very well organised re Covid as are all the bars and restaurants. It is very restful. It’s very quiet and heartbreaking to see the usually busy restaurants with few people sitting, enjoying meals. I would recommend Annys!

Great place near the beach. Matthew Reception/Bar man is very welcoming and helpful. Nothing’s too much trouble. Has lots of knowledge of the area. Cheap bar and fun! Great place for back packers and anyone travelling alone.

We wanted a cheap break and found this last minute deal to santorini. We were really pleased with the accommodation. The hotel is small but has everything you need and the staff are all so lovely and friendly. The room again was small but comfortable and clean. The room was cleaned and towels changed every day. We also had a small balcony. I am 25 weeks pregnant and found the bed comfy 👍🏽 It’s located about 2 mins walk from the beach and restaurants etc. The sun loungers were comfy and the pool was a nice temperature and perfect to cool down. You could get a ham and cheese toastie for 2 euro from the pool bar, which was open until late. You can also borrow beach towels and there is a washing machine you can use for free so it’s perfect for backpackers/ travellers. If I was on a bigger budget than I’d personally prefer to stay somewhere that has a bath, but for the money we spent it exceeded our expectations.…

Lots of stuff to do and see in this relaxed seaside village of Santorini. Simple, clean, affordable accomodation and conveniently located opposite the beach. Buses run regularly into Thira. Car hire or private transfers are easy to arrange. We’d come here again.

The apartment was clean and relatively spacious. Reception were helpful (they can arrange a taxi to and from the airport as there are only around 30 on the island). Pool area and bar small but sufficient, prices were good around 3€ for a beer. Location is perfect right on the beach a 30 second walk away. Only negative is that there is no lift, I travelled with a buggy and this was quite difficult having to carry it up and down the stairs.

DO NOT CONFUSE THIS ACCOMMODATION WITH ANNY HOSTEL!!!!! The location of ANNY's STUDIO, PERISSA is amazing a 2 minute walk and you are on the beach front, right beside some lovely restaurants. The beach is 5 km long and there are plenty of bars, restaurants, shops and beach amenities. You'll not want for a thing! Please note the black sand is scorching, do invest in some waterproof beach/sea shoes on arrival €6-10 from local shops. They stop you seriously burning your feet and slipping when you pass the slippery flat rocks at the edge of the sea. The staff are wonderfully helpful with any request, always smiling and welcoming. They take a genuine interest in getting to know you but being mindful of your privacy. You can book trips via Anny's reception, book taxi's, get information about how to get around the island by bus. It really is made simple. The pool is clean, has some inflatables for children, a shower and a bubble/jet part to sit and relax in, it's a perfect private place. Other guests we found were very friendly. The bar is well stocked and the cocktails delicious. There is a TV at the bar with sport usually on. They have some beach towels to borrow, a book swap facility, Internet services / computers to use in the lobby and wi-fi in the rooms (the signal is sometimes not good, but generally always available). The air conditioned rooms are basic, but very comfortable and adequate for your stay. You have everything you will need inc Tv, fridge, hairdryer, hot plate cooking facilities, safe box, daily maid service to make your bed and leave fresh towels, beds are changed regularly. The bathroom is small and needs some updating but do not let this minor thing put you off from staying. They have a washing machine but we did not need this facility. I wish I could give it five stars, but ultimately, and it's what I expected, its Greece and most accommodation is quite basic. However, the room we had more than met our needs, it was very clean, sheets/towels are changed daily (if you wish), the air con (very much needed!!!) was fantastic, they even provide a safe for free plus free washing facilities!!! The best part for us though were Vassilios and his staff. We could not have been made to feel more welcome. We visited Oia, Kamari and Fira whilst there, but couldn't wait to get back to our place in Perissa. For us, this was not only the cheapest resort to eat and drink, it was the friendliest by far. We hope and intend to go back next year, and I for one wont be looking at staying anywhere else, the location is simply the icing on the cake, right in the middle of all the local bars and restaurants, but set back so you don't get the associated noises that come with the location. Vassilios, thanks for trying your hardest to help me locate my lost phone, and Matthew, you're a top barman !!! Hopefully, see you all again next year.…

A great stay with simple but comfortable rooms and friendly helpful staff who speak English. Would highly recommend for a one night stop over or a proper holiday. Close to the beach, small pool with loungers and well stocked pool bar. Will def re visit in the future
