For a 2* hotel Andreas studios is brilliant, a perfect choice for relaxation and a good base for sight seeing.

We had a large spacious room with small kitchen area separated from the bedroom by a low wall. Our room had plenty of space for 3 adults and a lovely sunny balcony overlooking the pool. We were self catering and had enough utensils and crockery to have our own breakfast, lunch etc. Great size fridge with a freezer box. Bathroom towels changed every day if you require, bedding changed twice in 10 days, free air con and free pool towels provided and changed when requested which is unheard of in a 2 star hotel.

We slept well and tbh this was one of the quietest greek apartments we have stayed in not noisy throughout the day or night maybe the one odd car playing loud music driving past but no bother at all.

The pool area was open and spacious with very comfortable sunbeds and refreshing pool. They had a small pool bar, opening hours varied but not really needed as you can drink your own drinks around the pool, no issues.

Great location, supermarket over the road and 24 hour bakery.... yes it's on a busy road but the majority of places are so you can't really avoid that. Plenty of car hire places and a few tour companies, we can recommend santosun for car rental. There is plenty of space to park around the front or back of the apartments.

The place was clean and the staff are very obliging and polite, they provided everything we needed when asked and always said a friendly morning or hello when you see them.

One suggestion would be to add a few more drawers to the room as there is plenty of space for a chest of drawers and some bigger tea mugs for the kitchen.

Highly recommend. I would stay here again!

We had a lovely stay at Andrea's, our room was a good size clean and airy with a nice bathroom. The room was cleaned every day with fresh towels if you wanted, the bed changed once in the week. The breakfast was what we expected for what we paid, boiled eggs, cheese, bread, cakes pastries, fruit, yoghurt and cereal. The only niggle I had was if you went in the 2nd hour of the 8/10am the coffee would be cold and the counter would need refilling and you would have to ask as the lady in charge would be sitting looking at her ipad. It would be much more comfortable not to feel a bit of a nuisance asking. The pool is lovely but again the same lady hardly ever there at the little bar to get a drink/snack, that could be more successful for them with the right staff in place. Would recommend as 10 minutes walk to the beach, close to a few shops and bus to Fira and Oia which is lovely and really cheap comfy bus there.

My stay was alright. The place is clean and the position is quite near Perissa Beach and Ancient Phera.
The staff is nice and friendly, even if our arrival and departure were a bit chaotic. I wanted to know when I could pay for the room but the owner kept postponing so, in the end, I had to take my own initiative and arrange it myself. However, the owner and the cleaning ladies were welcoming.
The studio/room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The small balcony was also a good place to chill in the evening or eat. A couple of things that I could not stand were the bathroom - it smelled kinda bad the entire time - and the water. I am not used to such salty water which leaves residues on hair and skin but I assume that is probably a common issue on the island, as I have spoken with other tourists during my stay.
The services were overall okay. The breakfast was a bit limited: things would finish quite soon and many of the items were probably frozen. The pool was nice and open until late but one day my sister and I came back from the beach and could not go there because there was a kid's party until the pool's closing time... not so nice for the guests. A couple of mornings there were also kids at 7 screamings and no one said anything. This was quite annoying so maybe it would make sense to add an opening and closing timetable near the pool.
The cost for one week was quite high but I understand that it was the first week of August and that Santorini is indeed an expensive place to stay. Three stars is a good rating because, in the end, the place was alright and we had a good time even with a couple of issues.

Our stay at Andreas Studio was really great. Perfect place to stay in Santorini. Lovely clean, friendly and Great value apartments.

The hotel was near a bust stop and a supermarket. The rooms were very big and there was a small kitchen. the pool was clean and big. The breakfast was provided by the hotel
Breakfasts were variable, you could choose what you want to eat, always fresh and homemade and no limited.
We Enjoyed the free breakfast. Omelette, boiled eggs, fresh bread, cheese toasties, sausages, yogurt, Danish pastries, biscuits and cakes, cheese spreads, jam etc. Tea coffee and fresh orange juice
The staff were always friendly and helpful especially the owner who often stopped for a chat when we were on our way out.
Location was perfect 7 minutes’ walk to a very nice beach and restaurant. 2 minutes to the bus stop which takes you to town about 20 minutes on the bus. A lovely supermarket and a bakery coffee shop in front of the property. Andrea a very lovely girl she is very helpful and nice. Parking available behind the house
We are thinking of returning and would definitely stay here again.
Awesome stay and friendly host. super cool swimming pool. easy access to public transportation. price worthy

Loved our studio...near back of property with balcony overlooking pool. Great pool, only 1.8m at deepest, lovely for cooling off in. Plenty of sunbeds.
Breakfast was continental..and plentiful (except when a large group descended and acted like vultures, but we just went to breakfast a half hour later from then on to avoid them). Eggs, cheese, tomatoes, savory pastries, bread, fruit, yogurt, tea, coffee, juice, sweet pastries etc.
Highlight of stay were the hosts, a family run business. Always smiling and willing to help but not intrusive. Room cleaned every day. Cleaner was a charming and funny lady, and what a worker.
I'd stay here again in a heartbeat 💓
Thank you Andreas Studios.

We didn’t have much interaction with the staff as we stayed on a self catering basis, breakfast from Santa Irini bakery across the road & other meals from a different taverna each day.
When we did need the staff they were very pleasant & helpful.
Room & equipment ok, needed to run hot taps / shower for a long time to get to hot water.

Visited in July 2023, family run apartments . Apartments have great layout and are cleaned daily with offers of fresh sheets and towels.
Situated in the middle is a large pool that is serviced with an outside bar. They serve a continental breakfast each morning, which has good options. My visit was with the wife and 2 teenage children. Don't know how they give stars to accommodation around here, but it says 2 star, I would say at least a 3 star. Would come again defiantly. Thank you all at Andrea Studio.

Sandwiched between two busy roads, so noisy 24/7. Breakfast had very limited options. No honey or fruit and they seemed to run out of bread after about 45 minutes every morning. The pool bar is abysmal....when it's open. Rooms were clean. Shower room needs updating and it was very small with nowhere to put anything. Staff didn't really interact with the guests 😕

These are studios. Ask for ground floor. My husband uses sticks we survived a week there. Perissa is very flat and I would recommend it.
