I highly recommend Panorama Hotel for your stay in Petra Mytilini. Nikos and Billy are extremely accommodating, warm and friendly people. Ready to answer any questions and give advice. The hotel itself is out of this world, set in a beautiful location, just two minutes from the sea on foot. The hotels facilities and swimming pool are absolutely clean and well kept/looked after. The room we stayed in was great with a great view, comfortable, tv, air conditioning, hair dryer , fridge etc. and really comfortable beds to sleep in. Lots of parking space too and lovely green grounds and flowers all around. Free wifi too. A very good breakfast, healthy too and thoroughly enjoyed eating while enjoying the view of the big pool and view around us. Thanking you both and your staff for a wonderful and comfortable stay!!! Stay here and you will not regret it.

Spent a week here, what a lovely, clean, well run family owned hotel. We paid for a seaview and emailed to ask if we could have a high floor room which they kindly obliged. Bit of a steep uphill but so worth it for the stunning view of Petra. Very quick check in which is appreciated as it took 2 hours on the transfer due to us being the last drop. Return was only 1.5 hours. Rooms were simple but very clean and perfectly adequate with a small fridge. We managed without air con as there was a nice breeze. The swimming area is lovely and if there was any noise the owners are quick to stop it. Breakfast was simple but more than adequate and all nice, fresh produce. Good quick coffee machine to help yourself to. There were a couple of beach bars with music at the bottom of the drive - a couple of mins walk away - but they close at night. We found this the best part of the beach to access the sea as not as stony or as wavy. Further towards Petra plenty more beach tavernas - all free sunbeds and no music. So you've the best of both worlds as sometimes you want a bit of life, other times it so lovely to just listen to the sea. I sat outside one evening, looking at the stars and you couldn't hear any noise/music. Simply perfect. Lesbos is generally a quiet island and traditional and we hope it stays that way. If i returned i'd book this place again.

We absolutely loved this family run hotel. There were so many people there that had returned year on year and I can see why. It is really good value, the rooms are very clean, they are cleaned six days a week, the sheets and towels are changed every other days (except Sundays). Yes, there is a curtain around the shower instead of a door but I really can not see what the fuss is about as the tiled floor has a drain in it (wet room style). The air conditioning is an extra charge of 5 euros per day which is definitely worth it as it works really well. We stayed on the third level which is a bit of a climb up a steep hill but there are lower rooms available for the less mobile. Breakfast is quite traditional (not full english) but we thoroughly enjoyed it especially the Mini apple pastries, the hot mini croissants, Eggy Bread and home made Maderia style cakes. Our favorite part has to be that no one saves sunbeds with towels! The staff are all lovely and work really hard. It is aproximately a 15 minutes walk into the main part of Petra (which we liked) where you will find lots of lovely tavernas to chose from. The beach is a 2 minute walk, you will find very comfy sunbeds which are free providing you spend a least 4.50 euros at the bar during the day. All in all this hotel is a little gem.

We came to Lesvos for a last minute break in the sun and chose the Panorama Hotel as there is a large pool and sun terrace and it’s also close to Petra beach and Petra village
with it’s traditional Greek tavernas, beach bars and cafes along the sea front, a village square and cobbled back streets to explore.
You will get a warm welcome from the brothers who own the Panorama hotel and they are always happy to help and chat at the bar.
We arranged car hire through the hotel and were able to explore more of this picturesque area.
We visited nearby Anaxos and Molyvos, with it’s fishing harbour, castle and cliff top restaurants, which should not be missed.
We requested a room high up the hill and had an amazing view of the sea, mountains and fields and a perfect Sunset every night.
The hotel and the surrounding area are perfect for a relaxing holiday with a traditional Greek atmosphere.
If we return we would choose this hotel again and highly recommend, for a wonderful stay.

Me and my wife stayed at the panorama hotel for one week b&b 29th May till 5th June. There was a 1 hour 20 minutes transfer from the airport to petra. We stayed up the hill which got easier as the week went on.the room had a good shower always hot water, beds changed daily also rooms cleaned daily with towel changes if and when needed. Breakfast was fine/continental with a good selection you have to hard/soft boil your eggs to your own desire. The two brothers who run panorama are very helpful. Met some new friends while there who where very good company Jamie, Teresa,Jeanette & Wayne.

Just back from a 2 week break at this lovely family run hotel, our 15th visit since 1995. It is kept spotlessly clean in well-maintained gardens and the rooms on the higher levels have spectacular views. Situated in a quiet area of Petra, about a 15 minute walk to the centre of the village. Thank you to the Moisis family for another enjoyable stay.

What a fantastic hotel, we came for the last 2 weeks of the season and fully enjoyed it, the room was very clean and very spacious with a nice roomy balcony with exceptional views of the sea and the mountains just stunning. The photos don`t do it justice. The family who run it couldn`t be more helpful nothing was too much trouble and we would certainly go back. The continental breakfast was spot on and set us up for the day, there was loads of room around the pool and it was never busy, we also liked the location about 20 minutes from the town. Five stars for everything thank you for having us. x

We had a fabulous stay at this hotel, enjoying the beautiful views over the village of Petra and The Aegean. Our room (503) was very comfortable with a powerful shower, plenty of hot water, comfortable beds and good quality window shutters. Special mention to the young woman who cleaned our room each morning, she's a credit to the hotel and our room was kept spotless! The gardens are delightful, beautiful lilies and bougainvillea surrounded our balcony and even a lime tree who's limes we picked each day to enjoy in our gin and tonic's. The hotel is managed really well, very helpful, with even a loud speaker announcement when their was a power outage in the area one morning! We had the most wonderful holiday in beautiful Petra and the Panorama, and hope to return one day, thank you to all!

One of the best Greek island holidays we’ve ever been on. Hotel was clean with large rooms and beautiful gardens and pool area. Couldn’t fault the breakfasts, lots of choice and very fresh. It was a 15 minute stroll to the centre of Petra which was a lovely way to start and finish the evening. Spent a couple of days at the beach bar at the bottom of the lane, really good service and chilled music, the sun beds are free if you have a drink or eat there. All the Tavernas in Petra are excellent and such good value, average of €9 for a main meal. We caught the fun train to Molyvos which was stunning and shouldn’t be missed, will definitely return to Petra and the Panorama Hotel.

We were staying 3 weeks so emailed before arrival and said we'd paid for a Seaview so was it possible to have a "high room" as the hotel is set on the side of a hill. The room we were given did have a sea view but was one of the worst balconies we could see in the hotel and because we were staying 3 weeks we thought we deserved better!
The balcony was unusable due to a Bush in front of it that was always covered in wasps. We never were able to sit on there once in 3 weeks.
We're not pool people so although the pool looked nice we never used it.
Breakfast was good and that's why I've given 3 not a 2 !
I think these people think they do have to try to hard.
Lesbos is lovely and Petra is to. There are many lovely Tavernas with lots of hard working people who are pleased that you go to their Taverna. Unfortunately Panorama people, although they are polite, seem to me to be going through the motions.
Hope to visit Petra again but wouldn't stay here. There are much better places .
