Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Fantastic standard accommodation, very modern but tasteful. Great pool area and sunbeds. Grounds very well maintained. Lovely, freshly cooked breakfast served every morning. Great location, just on the edge of the resort, only 2 minutes walk to a good selection of bars and tavernas. Pool bar was good for drinks during the day and pre dinner drinks. It could be improved by serving snacks e.g. sandwiches and salads etc. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Petra.

What an amazing place, I personally couldn't fault it. Rooms are just great, modern but with character in keeping with surroundings. Very clean and comfortable. We don't like big crowded hotels/pools and this suited us perfectly and not once did it feel crowded. Niki, Marios and the rest of the family and team welcomed us and looked after us throughout. A lovely breakfast each day and a lovely bar for drinks and snacks through the day and early evening. Perfect location, we felt perfectly placed for peace and quiet during our times in and around the pool and yet you are minutes from the beach, the shops (enough, not too many) and just a 5 minute stroll along the front to an wonderful choice of restaurants. We'd return again, wonderful suites in a wonderful resort/area. Thank you, Gareth, Mark & Kathy

Well done to Niki, Marios and family for creating an excellent standard of accommodation. It’s the nicest place I’ve stayed in on many Greek islands I’ve visited. The quality of my suite was excellent. Nicely furnished and the little touches worked well. It was a pleasure to actually spend time in my suite as well as relax by the pool. All staff members were friendly, hard working and courteous. The standard of housekeeping and cleanliness everywhere was very good. The grounds are well kept and sun loungers very comfortable. Breakfast was included which was great and the bar prices were reasonable. Some feedback would be as follows: It was a little disappointing to share the luxury pool area with guests who are staying at the budget studios next door. I think it is a little unfair for Suites guests who are paying for a premium product to on occasion not be able to get a sun lounger due to studio guests occupying that space. No wonder the studio customers think they are in paradise on their reviews. Marios, I think it maybe an idea to charge Studio guests a supplement each day if they want to use the Suites pool and loungers. Also there was a child using these facilities of which I found unfair as the Suites is adults only on jet2. Breakfast is generally excellent but I think it’s a bit much each morning. I think for example the hot item should be optional and different choices each day and made to order. Some days I didn’t fancy omelette or toasties. The bread was sometimes not very fresh compared to other bread I have eaten in resort. The ladies work very hard but I think there must be an easier way to do it with less waste. It would be nice if there was a better menu for the bar at lunch and afternoon. Maybe some small plates, dips, salad etc that can be easily stored and prepared. Also how about some seating around the bar with cushions so it’s a bit more attractive and comfortable to have a drink and snack late afternoon or evening at the bar. Also the same CD kept playing all day. Thank you for a lovely holiday and good luck with your business.

Visited last August option not available. . Beautiful suites but very disappointing as did not expect the sun-beds would also be used by budget studios next door and their friends not even staying at accommodation and even breakfast guests straight from a road trip jumping in pool without showering really unhygienic. This resulted in not enough sun-beds for guests paying high prices to stay in the suites. A lot of breakfast but concerns regarding lack of understanding and personal preference. No choices available was all put on the table and the waitress got quite annoyed when we refused anything was very uncomfortable. We were also questioned as to why we didn’t go to relative’s restaurant but were seen visiting another restaurant the previous evening felt like we were being watched was very strange! I don’t eat pork said to them every day but was presented with sausages and ham toasties could be serious if someone had a food allergy not a preference. Tip: we were there in August during Feast Day music went on until 6 am combined with nightclub music coming from up the mountain could not sleep for a week was not the relaxing holiday we thought would be such a shame as the actual rooms were very high standard. The owners need to understand that if people are paying premium prices for luxury suites that it’s unfair to sell sun-beds to the budget guests and random passers by. For this reason would not revisit nor recommend these suites.

We have been holidaying in Greece for 30+ years, and, hands down, this is the BEST accommodation we have ever stayed in!!! The pool area is absolutely lovely....the sunbeds are sooooo comfy, the pool itself is like stepping into a lagoon, and it is SO peaceful!!!! There were no children at the suites whilst we were there...and it's completely adults only next year...and this means it's totally relaxing! No balls in your face (:-)), no splashing, no screaming....utter relaxation. Nice music in the background, drinks, leisurely reading, chats (if wanted) with fellow holiday makers....utter bliss!! The rooms are AMAZING!!! Loved the attention to detail...the robes, the slippers, the phone chargers, the air con (free!), the safe (free!), hairdryer, open plan bathroom, the comfy bed, the excellent WiFi... the list goes on!!!! But special thanks to the ladies who cleaned the room...10/10!!! Breakfast was brilliant....the nicest greek yoghurt and fruit, fresh bread, pastries, salad, juice, coffee/tea, and something hot....toasties, boiled eggs, omelette, sausage egg and bacon.....all served to your table by the bar by the loveliest ladies....thank-you!! Fills you up until the night-time!!! The family who own the suites are utterly lovely. Thank-you to Nikki, Marios, George, Demitri, and Chris....you are fantastic!!! We loved our holiday. Testament to this is that we have re-booked already for next year (decided on day three!). Can't recommend the suites higher than that!! Hoping to see the friends we made this year again.... See you next year!!!! Love, Dawn and Nick xxx

Immaculate modern ( opened 2022) suites in a quite setting just off the sea front. Each suite has a balcony looking out onto the pool. Plenty of sun beds and no reservations allowed. Clean beyond words, Friendly family run location where nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast served at you table consisting of 5 dishes, more than enough to set you up for the day. A short walk to the town, beach, restaurants etc. Couldn't have asked for better
