The Stamos Hotel garners praise for its impeccable cleanliness and friendly staff, with guests consistently noting the thorough daily room cleaning. The location is also a hit, being conveniently close to local amenities and the beach, although some guests mention challenges reaching the old town. While the hotel's atmosphere and value receive mixed reviews, with entertainment appreciated by some but not all, the amenities are generally well-regarded, including modern rooms and pools, though there is room for improvement in sunbed availability and room allocation. Concerns are occasionally raised about noise and room types not meeting expectations.

We arrived in Stamos without any special expectations as we have previously been unlucky with our all inclusive stay in other countries. (Both 4 and 5 stars)

We were greeted by a very nice lady at the reception who made sure we had everything we needed. We got free beach towels and the room was cleaned every day even though it said when we booked that it is only washed 2 times and that towels must be brought.

Over the next few days, we could choose between several zones to swim in, a pool bar serving refreshing drinks and a buffet which for us was very good with new dishes every day and a varied selection of food for the whole family.

The staff were pleasant, the entertainment was decent and both adults and children enjoyed themselves together with the other families.

In addition, the beach and the center are only a short walk away and here you will find everything you need, whether you want to have a quiet day at the beach, a boat trip, shopping, food or a playground for the children.

Looking at what we got for the money, this was 10/10 for us.

We hope to be able to return to this lovely place!

Thanks! - Lotte, Raven and Morten.

Had doubts coming here worried it might be party town and hotel, but after staying here for a week I will be returning again. I travelled With my mum and two daughters The hotel has lovely rooms they are very modern, the cleaners come every day with clean sheets towels emptying all bins and cleaning to high standard and the air con is excellent in the rooms best aircon I've ever had on holiday no joke ! and the price for this holiday was more than amazing We hav had a lovely holiday staff are very friendly and they go above and beyond to help. Pools are kept clean and tidy. We spend our days next to the lounge pool as it has the fancy beds these do go quick hav to get up between 6-6:30 to reserve one don't reserve it with a hotel towel as they get removed by staff use only personal towels or u will think the person in the bed has moved your towel seen this happen so many times . As I sed this hotel Is a wee surprise find not a party hotel at all loads of kids in pool a good mix of solo travelers couples and family's and young ones xxx

The hotel was very modern, the rooms were absolutely spotless and the staff very friendly and always keen to help. The food varies - my partner chose what would be British food and was somewhat disappointed. He thought the food was a bit bland and not enough flavour. I on the other hand preferred to eat the Greek food and thought it very good indeed. The salad table was excellent. It was all inclusive and you could eat and drink whatever you liked so obviously very good value for money.
The only tip I would give them is to be stricter with the dress code for the dining area. Although there were notices on the doors saying no swimwearr in the restaurant many people ignored it and went in anyway. It seemed more of a canteen than a restaurant when that happened.
There are two swimming pools and a childrens pool all very good. All in all I think it was very good value for money

My now husband and I booked this hotel for our honey moon. Although this a 3 star hotel the pictures and reviews looked promising so we went ahead and booked.
First impressions of the reception area were not good, it is very run down, we arrived around midnight, and there were several members of staff napping on the sofas. Despite this, the staff were very friendly and helpful so this gave us hope. Due to ‘renovations’ our room was in a separate block which was a short walk away from the main hotel and while this was not ideal, the room was modern and clean.
There was A/C in the room which worked brilliantly, the cleaners came round often replacing towels and sheets. Unfortunately we found a massive issue with bugs especially in the shower, around 4 days into holiday the cleaners left a bug spray in our room - which unfortunately didn’t seem to help.
There are 3 pools as well as a jacuzzi and plenty of sun loungers. We never struggled to find a lounger even later in the morning but the pools are grubby. The jacuzzi had green algae at the edges, this was emptied of water around half way through the week, never cleaned or refilled? Disappointing as we found the jacuzzi to be very relaxing (until we noticed the dirt of course).
For food we went all inclusive - breakfast was ok but no where near on the same level as other continental breakfasts and very limited.
Lunch and dinner were extremely disappointing, very limited options and most nights we would struggle to even put together a meal. One thing I must say is how shocked I am that they served spaghetti bolognaise every single day for a week for lunch and dinner.
We decided to go all inclusive mainly for the ‘bar snacks’ which were described to be a wide variety. The snacks where dry meat and cheese sandwiches made from left over breakfast. Slices of watermelon and biscuits, again, the same every day.
Deserts are very repetitive, and every night only consisting of 2 options, jelly, watermelon and icecream. We had to eat out most nights which was extremely frustrating as we had budgeted for excursions for our honey moon meaning we didn’t get to do many of our trips as we had to spend this money on dining out.
The only saving Grace of this hotel is that it is close to shops, restaurants / bars and the beach. The staff are lovely, polite and helpful but it needs serious work. We left a day early due to frustration over poor choices for food. I personally wouldn’t return, it may be a good ‘base’ for others who are eating out most nights etc but not for us.

We arrived late, but was checked in quick and straight to our room, which was modern and clean. Room was cleaned with fresh sheets and towels daily, house keeping staff work exceptionally hard and our room was spotless. We used the lounge pool, which was clean and we managed to get sunbeds daily. There was a good selection of food at all meal times, but it wasn’t very hot. There wasn’t much choice with deserts, and once gone they were rarely topped up. There was a good choice of fruit and ice cream is available. The restaurant floor really needs an overhaul, it looks like plain concrete, making it hard to clean. There also needs to be more emphasis on the “no swimming costume” rule in the dining room, lots of people were coming straight from the pool in swimwear to eat their evening meal, leaving seats wet, despite signs up saying “no swimwear” The staff in the restaurant work very hard and were lovely. Drinks from the bar were good and plenty of options. There was entertainment twice a week, a Greek night and a karaoke night. Some nights there was bingo and a music quiz. There were also a few daytime activities. The hotel is ideally situated for the beach and the nightlife in Faliraki, which was about a 10/15 minute walk.
Great hotel for the price, with lovely helpful staff.

I never normally write reviews for hotels but feel as though this is needed... upon arrival we were put into a room in a completely different complex to the Hotel (photo shown). Although the building was owned by Stamos it involved leaving the main premises and walking down the main road to another building with locals surrounding us. The room was awful... the bathroom window was broken, curtains falling down and outside furniture looking like lost property furniture. The room got incredibly hot in the day/evening if we left as the air con didn't stay on. We complained as soon as we arrived as we paid for a "pool view" and were told the hotel is over booked so nothing can be done until people check out the following day if any and as its 3 star hotel you wont get a pool view. Staff were rude about this. It was so unprofessional and didn't make sense why our booking was penalized due to their error baring in mind this holiday was booked months in advance.
We were told we can still use the amenities like normal however we couldn't even see the pools from our room and would have to walk 5/10 minutes down the road with bins laying around and rubbish all over the floor as well as be in swimwear to reach this? We could not pop down and get an inclusive drink as every one else could. It did not feel as though we were apart of the hotel at all!! We complained through our travel agency and the next day we went to reception to change rooms or check out and refund us. The worst start to a holiday i have ever experienced.

We changed rooms to an actual room in the hotel which is a lot nicer and cleaner than the previous room. One negative about the room was the rooms are not sound proof at all, be prepared to be woken up at 7am by the cleaners chatting away and banging around. Also the beds are so hard, we had to layer blankets underneath us in order to sleep comfortably.

Sun loungers in the activity pool need a major look at. Most are broken or rusted. The lounge pool had comfy lounges but are very limited and are reserved most mornings by 8am by towels with no people...

We didn't eat dinners as i know all inclusive food is poor so we went out to the town every night to eat which is about 15 min walk max and has a variety of food. Steves cafe down the road do a gyros for 4 euros which is worth it!

Location is good for the town and beach however if you are hoping to go to the old town, all taxis rejected us as they are not guaranteed a journey back which is a shame.

In all honestly, I would not recommend this hotel one bit. The 2 stars are for the lounge pool when can get seated there and the all inclusive drink selection.

arrived for a week long holiday of 7 18 year old girls on the 7th of july and stamos was perfect for what we were looking for!
we arrived slightly early for check in but were able to keep suitcases in reception and go to lunch, reception then let us in the room half an hour early at 2:30 and made sure our two rooms were next door which was a nice touch.
we were given two ground floor rooms which were perfect for us, we never found there to be any noise disruption from guests or the hotel music due to all inclusive ending at 10:30 and most leaving into the town after this.
Our one problem with rhe rooms, however, was that only 1 key card could be allocated per room and if you requested another you had to be escorted to the room and reception open it for you, although this was a slight bother we worked around it and it didn’t ruin the holiday in any way.
Stamos is located in the most perfect place, it’s a 10 minute walk at night into the main strip called ‘bar street’ which is full of clubs, bars and restaurants, the road into bar street also holds many tamer restaurants but also more bars and clubs, one recommendation would be george’s as they give out many free drinks and do an all inclusive 2 hour deal for 20€ for all you can drink! bar street is very lively with bars offering free shots to entice you in which was always good, clubs are about 10€ to enter but again you receive free drinks along side this.

staff at stamos were also great! reception were very helpful when it came to helping us book a taxi into the old town and also gave us all the information we needed about the water park. the holiday reps there were also friendly and engaging making the days around the pool fun! they also do pub crawls every monday, wednesday and saturday which was a good way to get to know people in the hotel.

The food at stamos hotel was average, choice did vary each day to an extent, things like chips, pasta, potatoes remained every day with changing meats and desserts. breakfast was exactly the same every day, lunch varied the most which was nice. with a veggie in our group we were still able to all be fed well and enjoy our food.
overall stamos was a perfect hotel for us as a group of 7 young girls, it was a perfect distance from the strip to walk every night without hearing any of the noise and the staff were lovely, the pool was always clean and there were plenty of sun beds any time of the day, thank you for a great holiday!

Well Stamos is a good location within Faliraki. The hotel itself has good facilities such as 3 pools with plenty of sunbeds. No sunbed wars noted during our stay (lol) Room that we had overlooked grounds, pool and dining area. Plenty of space in room, fridge kettle, safe if wanted, plenty of space for cases, balcony with table and chairs, clean and daily refreshment of towels. A/C (free) and WiFi (although depending where you were was dependent on signal)Room also cleaned daily. Staff very good and would do anything for you. Food was OK but repetitive(something for everyone) although we were fussy so opted to eat out a few times. Snacks were limited but again offered. Drinks were plentiful to needs(not there to be an alcoholic).
All in all we would go back to this hotel

Stamos has an early 2000s feel to it. Stayed for 10 days. Food was meh, same things most days. All inclusive drinks ended at 10:30pm, and were all watered down. Nice enough pool, but the music the blared made it a pain to relax by it. Ants everywhere too

The room was a good size, bathroom was nice enough, large walk in shower. But the beds themselves were like laying on a hard board! I had sunburn and struggled to get comfy. 1 thin sheet for sleeping with, and to be charged €20 to use the safe in the room was a rip off. The cleaning service needs to understand that giving a new towel with a skidmark on it isn't okay!

The location is okay, easy walking access to the main strip and to the bus route. There's much, much, much nicer hotels nearby. Rhodes is a beautiful place, but I won't be booking to stay at Stamos again
