If you are a traveler who need assistance to book tours or information of the area, this is... More

I stayed in Sofia hotel in my honeymoon in 2014. The reception is opened approx. 10-13 and 19-22. The restaurant is opened between 8 and 9:30, breakfast can be eaten only during this period. The breakfast is always the same, sometimes we found 1 or 2 new food but after nine it has been run out. The rooms are cleaned... More

There was nobody in reception all week (they left a note saying they were on holiday!), the fridge didn't work, we had no way of turning on the air conditioning as a remote control is required, which we would get from reception, beds were really uncomfortable, no table or chairs in the room, filthy, cockroaches in the bathroom. Horrible experience.

I stayed in Sofia hotel with my family this end of summer. When we arrived, there was actually some problem with bathroom in our room, so we had to stay 2 nights in other hotel - Sofia paid for this other hotel and also paid extra for A/C we were using there. When we finally got our room in Sofia,... More

Hotel is in a very nice location near to the beach. Nights are very noisy in Faliraki, but this was not the problem for me and my husband at all (we kept our balcony closed and air conditioner on, it solved the noise problem), although we are not the ones who like to party. Room was very basic, and it`s... More
