Just back from our third visit to this fantastic hotel. My wife and I stayed for 13 nights, but wish it was 30!!! You WILL NOT find more helpful, friendly or efficient staff wherever you go. Seems almost unfair to name any staff as they were all fantastic-but!. Angela and Louise

Dear TC. It was so nice to welcome you back for your third visit and we thank you for all the wonderful about the hotel and the staff. We see you have mentioned several of the staff which is always good as they do work so hard. The comments about the cleanliness will be also much appreciated by the hard working room maid. We do so hope you come back again to visit us in the not too distant future. Its still warm and sunny here b.ut the hotel closes tomorrow. Thank you for your review

The first impression was pleasant. The reception was friendly, the room was charming and the breakfast was really versatile and plentiful. Towels were changed daily. The pool area was nice to sunbathe, and the poolside bar had tasty drinks. The sea was a few steps away. All the

Dear Guests, First of all I am really delighted to hear that you enjoyed your holiday with us. I am also pleased to read all your very positive comments about the rooms, the service and the staff. Certainly this morning when I had to answer a terrible review it has raised my spirits. Thank you so much for giving us 5 stars.

We spent 3 days at the Agla Hotel. Right from check in, we were made to feel welcome. We were given a room on the 5th floor facing the ocean, and the lady at reception had told us that the rooms on this floor had been recently renovated. In our room, we noticed a mobile phone

Dear Guests from Canada. Thank you so much for your wonderful review which was a pleasure to read. As a smaller hotel we do rely on good reviews quite a lot as we do not have the clout of a large chain. I do believe that we give good value for money and we also pay over the going rate for our staff as we know they are very service minded and will always go the extra mile for the client. Yes you are right the island can be windy but this last week the sea in front of the hotel is like a mill pond and it is still 25'. Loved your comments and thank you for taking the time to write your review.

D'ear Guest. Thank you so much for your review. We are so pleased you had a good time staying at the Hotel Agla and hope you will come again to visit us. We have a few more cats now as some hotels have closed so they have found another food source so we are arranging for the vets to neuter some of them who are not in a particularly good state. Still the sun is shining and it is 25', no one on the beach and the sea like a mill pond. Perfect

It was our fourth time in Agla and sadly this time we were quite dissapointed. It seems to us, that the hotel needs some real renovation. Our room (202) was tiny – usually that's not an issue, but this time it mattered because of the moldy smell in the bathroom and vestibule. In

My Dear Guests, I am so very sorry you were disappointed with your room this year. I can assure you that your problems had nothing to do with the fact that you were on a lower floor. I am having to say this again and again I know the hotel was and is still full but if you had asked the reception or spoken to the room division manager we would definitely have changed your room for your. We have arrivals and departures every single day so this would have been possible. I have to say that this is the first complaint about the noise from opposite this year although we do ring them frequently and ask them to turn down the music. Believe me we would have been grateful if you had come to reception with all your problems so we can rectify them. In the high season when we are full I do not get the time to test all the rooms and neither do the room maids so we rely on our cleints. I am sorry you were so disappointed this time but hope you will give us another chance to prove that we can improve. I do apologise about your door being left open, I also am sad it was not followed up.

Tui says tax 1.5euro per night a reviewer said 3 euros a night can someone tell me what price it is please
There is definitely a tourist tax - I think it may have been 1.50 euros per night when we stayed there in August. It is a tax introduced by the government NOT the hotel. The amount you pay is based on the star rating of the property. So if the Agla is a 3 star then it will be 1.50 euros per night, if a 4 star then it will be 3 euros per night.
