You check in to the Blue Bay across the road with its very impressive lobby you are then lead down a dirt road to Sunland dragging your cases ( no one offered to help despite it being 23:30 and arriving with 3 young children). The rooms are vile they look like prison cell. We were in room 837 Camp beds...

Room - dripping tap, no bath plug, dirty drain in the middle of bathroom floor. Lack of wardrobe space, filthy headboard, air con not working - staff did nothing about our complaint. Just one tiny towel each. On one occasion our towels had been removed and not replaced. When I requested some I was told they did not have any,...

Fab hotel the staff were very friendly and very helpful and could not do enough for us. The manager of the hotel was fab and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. There were stray cats and dogs but they were harmless and did not bother us at all. We took our teenage daughter and her friend...

I got my trip to Rhodes package on the spur of the moment when seeing an attractive price tag in the window of a travel agent. Only later I took time to search for the reviews online and I boarded the plane with a cringe in my heart after checking the travelers impressions on Sun Land. The bus dropped us...

On arrival, the place looked OK. Inside was different, though - The staff were unhelpful and unfriendly. The food was cooked at the hotel up the road, so by the time it got to us all, it was cold. Veal liver was on the menu EVERY night. The whole place was grubby, including dirty windows and curtains. The mattress has...

Salient points from our visit can be summarised as follows; Food is AWFUL and you need to budget to eat out once every few days. Rooms and bedding are old and dirty. Entertainment at the adjacent BlueBay is OK if you are under 10,almost non existent for the older traveller. This Hotel is in the sticks and you need to...

We arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night following a 3 hour delay. The rep got of the coach and started to walk us down a dark dirt track then stopped because she was “scared to go any further”. She indicated that the hotel was at the bottom and left us to continue dragging our suitcases along...

This was a terrible holiday especially as we had booked a different hotel but were moved on arrival at the airport. The hotel is in a very distressed state and desperately needs basic repairs and maintainance done. The beds have sheets that only cover 75% of the mattress that is obviously years old and need replacing. Filled in a 5...
