Had a great stay in Blue Bay at the end of October. Plenty of facilities available for all ages. Food choice in abundance and kudos to all the team for offering such great service despite the over booking of the property. Entertainment was brilliant and made us feel like we are in the middle of July on holidays.

The reception staff were very accomodating and efficient always with a smile, as we're the majority of the staff. A special mention to Rafhaela, Sophia, Dikea, Manolis, Selen, Sokria , and isavella, but a big thank you to all the staff who served and help make our stay so memorable ! It was a special family holiday to celebrate my birthday earlier in the year, but that didn't stop the hotel from sending a bottle of wine with a Happy Birthday message. The Food all-inclusive was really good in my opinion, and we only had one day the first day that we thought so/so. Our room was lovely with the requested sea view and balcony. Our room was cleaned daily efficiently with smiling l believe Rafhaela hope l haven't mixed staff up.The speciality restaurants Italian, and Greek were a lovely treat, but the Italian needs addressing as it wasn't speciality being that you had to serve yourself. That didn't bother us so much but l thought it poor when no inclusive drink on menu. When we asked for waiter for glass of all-inclusive wine, we were told sorry you have to get that yourself, when the bar was nearby. Not what you expect from speciality restaurant. The Greek restaurant was far superior in service and food lush! And no problem when asked if we could have all-inclusive wine served to us with a smile from the waiters. The Evening entertainment was better on some nights than others, but ideal for Kids plenty of fun for all the family if required during the day. The beauty for us was if you wanted fun loud music periodically you had it at the main pool. If you wanted quiet chill there were two quiet pools ,and another small pool near main pool. The Garden annex pool was our favourite pol with chill music and a lovely lady who always had a warm smile and went out of her way to make sure my husband and l had the required brown toasties, due to my allergy to white bread. There was another quiet pool alongside a shallow kiddie pool just around corner too. There were 13 members in our group ranging from 1 to 70 years. And la Branda hotel catered for all of us , as we sometimes did our own thing during the day. And lm pleased to say every one of us thought our holiday was lush! So a massive well done to all the management and staff. Yes hopefully one day we will return. And finally thank you to reception for the leaving gift , a thoughtful gift.xx 🌈☀️😊❤️ …

Last month my boyfriend and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Blue Bay hotel. From the room amenities to the restaurants and location, everything was great. The hotel offered stunning sea views and we particularly enjoyed the spacious and tastefully decorated rooms. The beds were very comfortable and room service was always efficient. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the beach. We enjoyed walks along the coast and found our way around the area easily. We would have no hesitation in recommending it and look forward to returning.

It was a pleasure holding and great 4star hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Selen and Rafaela in reception have been very nice and helpful for us. They did all our requests and sort it out very quickly. All staff have been very responsible and smiling. The food and drinks were great and very good entertainments in the evenings. It was very nice to had a bar, snack bar and restaurant near beach because sometimes, we couldn't attend to main restaurant. Room were clean and tidy just water pressure was low. We received an amazing gift box at the end by lovely Selen. The other lovely experience was that Nikos and Kiki drawing our pictures which we loved it. It was our first time in Greece and 100% we will be back again. Lovely country and people.

Just got back from a week in Rhodes staying at Labranda Blue Bay resort. Couldn't recommend this place highly enough to anyone! They were so accommodating with everything. After arriving late evening after the restaurants were closed, we arrived to fresh sandwiches and drinks on arrival which was perfect after hours and hours of travelling. The rooms were spotless, food was fantastic, staff were amazing! I'm gutted to be back home. To top it off we got a late checkout on our final day free of charge which meant we didn't have to kill too much time for our flight (checkout extended from 12pm to 6pm). There were also drinks available at the reception for those waiting for their transfers. I'd go back to Labranda in a heartbeat. Thank you for such a fantastic base for our holiday. We went as a family of 13 ages from 78 to 5 years.we all travelled seperately. It is the end of the season taking us into november but all the staff are amazing definately 5 stars special mention to selan in reception helped me change room to walk in shower. Also Andreas and elite the two best barmen pool and beach also the lovely Rossita so helpful and pleasant works everywherr.even though we were there till the last day staff still caring. Rooms clean toels sheets changed. All good beach lovely. We wouldnot return though reason being for a 4 star all inclusive they charge 7 euro for your favorite coctail using local liguor. Also charge for slush and ice cream as we had 5 children very expensive management need to address this. Food i would say is 2 to 3 star you wont go hungry but not to our taste. Breakfast fine coffee on cold side. It is a lovely family resort also special thanks to the gyros and pizzza work non stop by pool and beach p00l look busy we stayed on beach we had rooms 4001 4023 3005 2001 the 4 oo1 room had a small pool quite nice weather good children would have liked it hotter so once again many thanks to the wonderful staff regards Angela…
