Having been recommended by our family who visited the Trianta before Covid-19, we booked to stay here for two weeks during August/September 2021. The hotel is rated as a 2*, however in my opinion, it far exceeds this. The rooms are a good size, and tastefully furnished.

You have everything you need for a self catering holiday. The rooms are cleaned every day, with new towels, and the bed sheets are changed every other day. There is both air con and a safe available at a reasonable extra charge, and you are able to keep your room on for later flights (again subject to an additional charge and availability).

WiFi was also available both in the bar and pool area, and also in your rooms. There was no additional charge for this, however there is a price listed for WiFi, so this may be applied at certain times.

The pool is a perfect size, with more than enough sunbeds for everyone. The hotel is quiet, and relaxing, and on most days, there were only a few families around the pool. There is also a children’s pool attached to the main pool. Both are cleaned daily by George, who along with Kristina and Savvas, work extremely hard to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

The bar serves either a continental or cooked breakfast, along with snacks for lunch such as, toast, omelettes, toasties, chips etc. It does not serve evening meals, however, there are plenty of restaurants locally (try Whispers for Greek food, including a delicious Mousakka, the Golden Dragon for awesome Chinese food and Pitta time for tasty chicken Souvlaki and or Giros. Lastly you must try Boston Burgers which is opposite Pitta time. You will not be disappointed).

If you’re looking for a more lively atmosphere, there are a number of bars and restaurants, including a sports bar, about a 10-15 minute walk away for someone with an average level of fitness. Rhodes town is also easily accessible, using the local bus service.

My family and I have really enjoyed our stay at the Trianta and have been made to feel really welcome. We will definitely be back!

Where do I start what a lucky find this fabulous hotel is. This is a small family run hotel who make you feel so welcome and treat you like family. On check we was met by Savas one of the family members who owns the hotel what a friendly and welcoming gentleman he is he explained where everything was to us. We opted for the air conditioning and safe which are chargeable but we’ll worth it. Our room was on the 3rd floor which you can access by lift or use the stairs we opted for the lift lol 😂. Once in our room we was pleasantly surprised we had a lovely balcony overlooking the pool and mountains. All rooms have the same view obviously the high floor rooms have a better view. In our room we had modern air conditioning controlled by a remote control which was very efficient. We had 2 single beds which was pushed together to make a large double which was very comfortable with bedside draws and dressing table. We had a separate kitchenette with a full size fridge with a freezer compartment which was very useful for freezing our ice blocks. We had a kettle toaster 2 ring oven all cutlery and Crocker, plenty of wardrobe space for hanging our clothes. The bathroom is small but very modern with a shower and hair dryer the rooms are cleaned and fresh towels and linen every day apart from Sundays. We stayed for 2 weeks and nothing was to much trouble. The bar and pool area are a great place to relax everywhere is absolutely spotless you can order food at the bar everything is cooked from fresh by Christina Savas’s mother what a lovely lady and very reasonably priced then there’s George Christina’s husband who shares with work load with Savas and keeps the garden absolutely beautiful. Just a short walk across the main road about a 10 minute walk there’s a small strip with plenty of bar’s restaurants and taverna’s and just a little further there’s a beautiful pebbled beach with bars and restaurants. If you want to be a little more Greek you can walk into the village of Trianda which is on the doorstep of the hotel. We did a boat trip to Symi which we can highly recommend again Savas couldn’t do enough for us and sorted the trip out for us at a very reasonable price. The location of the hotel was perfect for all our needs with very easy access to old Rhodes town which is absolutely stunning. On our departure we had to walk across the main road to meet the transfer coach George insisted on helping us with our luggage glad he did he had it off to a fine art negotiating the local traffic a true gentleman George is 80 years young and fit as a fiddle he even drove us to his daughter’s restaurant whispers where the food was amazing and very reasonable. Thank you for a fantastic holiday hopefully we’ll be back next year Daren & Belinda x

1st time visitors here at this family run small apartments property. The whole family chip in with some duties and are all very friendly and extremely helpful. The apartment we had was spotless, functional and spacious. Cleaned daily and fresh towels and bed linen. We were B&B and due to Covid, Savas had to serve us with a continental breakfast, not once did we manage to eat all that he gave us, there was plenty of ham, cheese, eggs, bread, cereals, yoghurt, tea and coffee oh and lovely chocochip cake.
Pool area is washed down each morning and never a problem getting a sunbed and the property gets the sun almost all day long. Overall as the title says excellent.
If you read this Savas, all the very best to you and ALL the family, take care.

We are here currently and this place is really nice. We were checked in by the owner and have a first floor twin room overlooking the garden and pool.
Pool is a good size and warm and there are plenty of loungers dotted around. The hotel is about 5 mins walk to local restaurants and bars and a further 5 mins to the beach. Outside is a taxi rank and bus station should you want to go out exploring.
The room is a good size with lots of storage space. Bathroom very modern with a walk in shower, toilet, basin and a telephone:-)
Breakfast here is continental and is delicious with cold meats, cheese toast and jam and tea and coffee and juice.
Owners are very welcoming and friendly and they can’t do enough for you. Will definitely come back here as it is so peaceful and relaxing.
Even during the pandemic, it is safe here and you will have an amazing time here at the Trianta Apartments Hotel.

This was a lovely hotel. We had breakfast which was huge. We never managed to eat it all. Savros runs a wonderful hotel. Aided by his parents and brother this is one of the best small hotels we have stayed at. Pool and sunbathing area was kept immaculate. The rooms were good standard and cleaned every day. The bathroom was very modern with a good shower. They even have a lift which is good for getting luggage up to the third floor, although we tried to work off the breakfast by not using the lift and walking up the stairs. Well done

Lovely complex owned by a friendly family. We had 11 nights in a studio and opted to pay the extra for air-con as it was about 35 degrees. We had breakfast in several mornings and enjoyed omelette and toast etc. the close proximity to the fantastic pospero restaurant was an added bonus. The swimming pool was fine but we went to the beach most days as it was only 10 euros for 2 sun beds. The apartment was spotless and everything worked well and we never had a moments bother despite the hysteria of the British press telling us the island was an inferno. I hope to join these folks again soon

Had a lovely weeks at these apartments. Everything is so clean - I think they changed the sheets every day except on the Sunday. No rush for sunbeds! I saw the pool being cleaned every day and the aircon is amazing ( we paid €50 for the week) We only spent one day by the pool, and had a Greek salad from the snack menu which was very nice. We didn’t have breakfast as we were self catering. There was a full size fridge in the room, along with a hob and oven but we didn’t cook anything - there are so many great places nearby to eat I can’t imagine many people would cook there! We arranged one excursion to Lindos through them and the bus picked us up just on the main road, a few minutes walk away. The hotel is set back from a very busy road but apart from the occasional noisy motor bike, it was quiet and we slept well at night. A word of warning, the road is very busy and whilst there is a pedestrian crossing, the drivers seem to drive through when the green man shows! Also the local drivers ignore the zebra type crossings! We caught a taxi into Rhodes town which was €15 each way - the bus stop is nearby but looked so crowded so we treated ourselves. Would recommend for a good value basic and very clean accommodation as a base to explore from

We boojed a week me and husband 1st 8th of Sept 2020, what a great holiday we had, the rooms, was spotlessly clean, we had room 102 with the enormous balcony, which was great to sit on an evening. We had clean towels every day, the room was cleaned and sheets changed daily. The owners, savos, Jacob and their parents George (dad) made us feel so welcome they couldn't do enough for you, we asked for extra pillows got them straight away, George took us in his own car to have a meal at his daughters restaurant at no cost, he would go and pick what he call prickly figs wash and peel them and give them us free around the pool, he said it was for good health. The hotel has everything you need, book library pool table, snack bar, plenty of sun beds, all the rooms face the pool. The pool us very warm and clean. 2mins to shops, bars, restaurants, 10 mins to beach walking along the strip. Its the most chilled out holiday we have had in a long time, photo's do not give it justice. A short 20mins from airport, what more could you want. If you are looking at booking a nice break with friendly owners this is the place to go. We will definitely go back thats for sure.

We stayed at these apartments last week. The whole place was spotlessly clean you could eat your dinner off of the floor. The Family who ran it were fantastic. The grandfather took us to his Daughter’s restaurant and picked us up even though we said we would get a taxi. We stayed self catering but had breakfast at the Hotel each day as it was really good and also we had what we wanted even if it wasn’t on the menu. One day when we went on an excursion at 8.00 in the morning they opened the bar at 7.00am instead of 8.00am and cooked us all breakfast which they weren’t obliged to do at all as we were self catering and had all the facilities in our apartment for cooking. Also as our taxis were picking us up on our departure day at 2.00pm Stavros shuffled the rooms around so we could keep them until then. The whole Family went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Other guests there had been going year after year and were regulars and I can see why. We definitely recommend this Hotel and thank you to Stavros, Christina and George
