If this hotel claimed a 3* rating its reviews would improve significantly. The problem with this hotel is that it absolutely fails to manage expectations. Did the rooms meet expectations as a 5* hotel. In a word, no. The rooms looked good at first glance but when you look closer it's all badly done. The wall sockets are badly fitted,...

They also advertised a spa and shop but this was also a lie. The swimming pool was extremely dirty and cloudy and I...

Such a let down!!! I went with my sister and our 5 children. It had none of what was advertised, it's false advertising!!! The food was awful and majority of the staff were extremely rude!! Had to wait on numerous occasions for staff to collect coffee cups off tables, wash them and bring them back out before getting a cup...

Sold this hotel as an upgrade from a 3* to 5*!!! This hotel is NOT a 5* hotel by any standards! The brochure, website and photographs do not reflect the current state of this property. As a family of 4 I was extremely concerned about the reviews, emailed the travel company and hotel to question certain points...no reply from either!...

Terrible food. Had to eat out the whole week. Only thing edible at breakfast was bread & fried eggs. Fruit was cut up in piles going brown. No toaster & most days no ketchup. What was supposed to be bacon was some kind of processed muck. Lunch & dinner was same limited choice of nothing you would want to eat....
