Lina and Gaetano are wonderful and perfect hosts. We felt like family and had great three nights in their home. They gave us great advice for great daily trips. I totally recommend renting a car to explore great places like Vieitri. Veitri is the best town if you want to experience the local life. The room is very comfortable, spacious... More

Lina and Gaetano are the best kind of Italian couple. Welcoming, sweet, helpful, and funny. We still email them. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. It is located a 15-20 minute walk from the center of town, with a small shop 5 minutes away. If you are going to the Amalfi coast you owe it to yourself to... More

Lina and Gaetano are such lovely people and made us feel so welcome. They put up with our non-existent Italian with such grace and good humour. Google translate helped us a lot! Lina offered us very good advice on where to go and what to do. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable. There was lots on offer... More

The friendliest of all friendly Italians. If you want a conversation in 4 languages (Italian, German, English, & Spanish with a lot of Google Translate thrown in) this is the place and Lina & Gaetano are the people. We were treated like family, expertly advised about sites to see & how to get there. At the end of the day... More

Lina and Gaetano were the perfect hosts from the start to the end of our stay. They made us feel part of their extended family and each day offered good advice on where to go. The room we stayed in was perfect, large and spacious with a sofa that you could snuggle into. The breakfast was excellent and the coffee... More

A wonderful B&B with charming hosts, Lina and Gaetano, who go out of their way to make their guests feel very welcome and almost part of the family! La Casa di Donn'Amelia doesn't look much from the outside but is a revelation once you get in! A huge house, spread over three floors, beautifully decorated in the local style and... More

We stayed at La Cassa do Donna'Amelia for two nights in early June. First impressions are deceptive as the entry door belies what lies beyond. A lot of time and effort has been put into designing a modern, well maintained and inviting interior. The rooms are extremely spacious with a comfortable, generously sized double bed; seating area with fridge; and... More

We had a marvelous stay during three days of the early Easter Holiday 2015. Not only because of the convenient and quiet location of Casa di Donn'Amelia, but equally much due to the generous treatment that Lina and Gaetano gave us. Moreover, the best seafood dinner during our stay at the Amalfi coast was served by a restaurant in the... More

We stayed with Lina and her husband last summer. The rooms were lovely, as you can see from the photos. The location has good and bad points. On the good side, you feel embedded in Italy and away from tourists. Each night we sat at the cafe/bar in front of the B&B, in the square, and had a beer, listening... More

Lina and Gaetano ensured we felt at home and as an extended part of their family. Lina was ready with places to go, things to do and where to eat even before we could ask her and Gaetano dropped us to Salerno to ensure we catch our train on time. One of the nights, we sat down at their kitchen... More
