We had an excellent overnight stay in this hotel on our way through to Praiano. We were walking from Ravello to Sorrento. Conca dei Marini was our rest stop for a night. Our room was clean, bright and lovely. We could easily have stayed longer. The terrace off our room was

Beautiful rooms and views. Great breakfast. Very helpful staff. Away from the hustle and bustle of Amalfi (10" cab ride) but convenient in that all of the restaurants offer shuttle service. Highly recommended.

I enjoyed my one night stay at this hotel, but you might want to reconsider if you do not have a car as is very remote from all sites and towns. You will end up taking a lot of taxis or spending a lot of time waiting for the bus. Is located on a busy highway, so not convienent for walking as would be a a long walk to restaurants in town.

how far is this hotel from Verona Airport?
I think the previous answer is correct. The airport in Naples is the closest. We drove in from Rome, and it took about 3 hrs. I wouldn't recommend doing that drive after a long flight. That's what we did and I was exhausted. The place is stunning though. Marcello is a great host. We highly recommend his hotel.

Hi. The bus stops a La Terraza if you tell the driver in advance. You also have a water taxi from down the beach. Enjoy your staying!

I would be very cautious about traveling late at night. The biggest challenge is the lack of taxi availability. Our experience is that the buses (especially Positano and Amalfi have long lines so you might have to wait a bit. Our strategy was to walk to the Belvedere hotel (about 1 minute) get a bus TO Amalfi and the other way to Positano and take a water taxi back. We had a rental car and drove to Revalo(sp?) and loved it and actually wished we had spent more time there. There are three restaurants at the bottom of the hill from the hotel. They are good but the first one on the right at the bottom was our favorite. It was magical watching them catch our dinner literally 100 yards from where we sat
