THe average guest spends most of the peak hours of the day out and about and not in their room. I can imagine that time may be unbearable without AC if that's what you are used to. But the evenings are nice. Take a shower, turn the fan in the room on and open the windows (some of their windows have screens preventing insects from coming in) and you will be comfortable. We were. And besides, you are staying on a farm in Tuscany ... It's part of the experience.
