Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We chose Lazy Days for a number of reasons. First, of course, the really good reviews and the lack of anything negative. Then, it had just what we needed. Due to minor mobility issues we need a walk in shower - we were advised it was one step up - and preferred ground floor. Parking (a nightmare some places) was outside on the road, but we managed to get on the drive - useful as we use public transport when we can. You pay 50% up front and the balance the day before arrival. We got a confirmation message to advise about the latter. On the morning of arrival we had a message about check in time. We were able to check in a couple of hours earlier than expected. From booking, very easy, to leaving, everything was perfect (almost). Jo is a very bubbly lady who wants to ensure her guests have the best time. The bedding was changed every two days, as were towels. The room was immaculate, as was the shower. We loved the way breakfast was served, a hamper! If you want to travel around to Margate and Ramsgate the excellent “Loop” bus service stops at the end of the road. A definite return for us on our next visit to the area. Oh, “the almost”. Nearly all B&B and hotel have small towels, as did here. Not an issue for us as we take our own, but some may prefer a larger towel.

Another visit to Lazy Days. This time in August, just got back. Another stay booked for September. Broadstairs is a lovely place to go to. And Lazy Days b+b is the best place to stay in Broadstairs. We're asked by Trip Advisor, what makes a good review, to get specific, share the good, bad and ok etc. Well, there's no bad at lazy Days, nor just OK. It can only be described as superb. And we should know. We've stayed so many times and it just gets better and better. Even the pandemic hasn't tarnished the style, the hospitality, the kindness and the joy that Jo and Adam share with all their guests. Breakfasts are served in a hamper left outside your bedroom door at an arranged time. In it is a treasure trove of goodies to enjoy at your own table in your bedroom. All I can say, can't wait to be back in September.

Can’t recommend lazy days enough! We had to change dates last minute due to family crises. Jo couldn’t have been more accommodating! Lovely room, absolutely spotless and the bed was the most comfortable I’ve slept in! Continental breakfast was superb, brought to your door. Due to circumstances, had a big hug from jo on arrival. Wonderful stay, thankyou Jo & Adam!

Me and my partner stayed here this week for 2 nights. Great clean, warm and welcome place to stay. Host was lovely and very accommodating, polite and helped with a few questions. Breakfast was a nice continental one with lots of options to choose off. All was just what we liked.

Choosing a b&b is always a bit of a gamble and our choice was last minute. Lazy Days run by Jo and Adam turned out to be the best one could hope for from the room, decor, breakfast hamper, delightful and helpful hosts. If you are going to Broadstairs this should be your number 1 choice.

This a gorgeous little B&B. It was spotlessly clean. Comfy bed. Breakfast delivered to the room which is a great idea. Jo the owner made us feel really welcome. Great location. Would highly recommend and when we are in Broadstairs again we will definitely stay here again.

At last we were able to get down to Lazy Days again. As usual, everything was perfect. We occupied the ground floor room. Jo and Adam are such perfect hosts, so welcoming. We were able to switch off immediately from everyday issues. We were in relaxation/holiday mode. Following the pandemic Jo brings a super breakfast hamper to your bedroom door each morning containing all the goodies you've ordered the evening before. It's the little touches that are so important. Fresh fruit salad and smoked salmon and cream cheese bagels were an absolute treat for me and pain au chocolat in a sweet little paper bag, and a choice of cereals served in individual glass storage boxes appealed to my inner environmentalist! Can't wait for the next visit.

A short break at the Lazy Days B&B proved just the tonic we needed. Situated on a quiet road Lazy Days is 300yds from the beach and 15 mins from a variety of restaurants. Jo and Adam are the most welcoming hosts and their B&B is a ten throughout. The rooms are beautifully decorated and have all the facilities in each room, ensuite, tea and coffee, TV etc. Breakfast is included and comes in a hamper. The order is made the night before from a menu in the room and delivered next morning to your room. All in a very pleasant stay. Recommended.
