I absolutely loved this place and the owners. It is so peaceful with wide open views. I couldn't believe that in the middle of summer there were just another 2 groups of campers. The site is so homely and in tune with its surroundings and despite my best efforts my furry companion still found the river!! I loved the loos and showers, brilliantly barmy. Thank you for a great stay. I will be back.

Beautiful homely welcoming campsite What a lovely family run campsite, would highly recommend, hot showers, fun and free games room, great views and scenic walks around lochs, a chance to see the northern lights (which we were lucky enough to see twice) Owners go above and beyond to accommodate all guests also very knowledgeable about the area. Great value for money at £20 a night electric hook up. We will definitely be returning next year. Thank you for an amazing stay 💖

Lovely Little Campsite, we camped for two nights while on a roadtrip of Scotland. Fantastic facilties included showers, toilets, washing up area and games room. Better facilties than most campsites, really cannot knock especially for value for money.

stayed in the self catering cottage, the cottage is clean with everything you could need, great having a warm bath after long walk & the nicest smelling toiletries , lovely peaceful place with coal fire for the colder nights, lovely little walk across to the river.

My Wife and I loved our stay in one of the tin tents. The site is in beautiful surroundings, with views out to the loch. We enjoyed seeing a variety of birds and wildlife round the pond. The games room was great fun and included pool, darts and table football. Highly recommended.

Me and my boyfriend have recently stayed and honestly we enjoyed it very much. Very warm welcome, good and clean facilities, gaming room and in general everything was beautiful. The place is also very remote surrounded by a farm.

I stayed in the lovely self-catering cottage, which was well kitted out, clean and very homely! The campsite itself was gorgeous and very spacious with great facilities. The owners were super friendly, helpful, and always available if needed! It was perfectly located just outside Lairg, with stunning views and lots to do outside. Would highly recommend to anyone!

The site appears to have been carved out of a wetland, a few hours of rain and it was awash with muddy puddles. We were very concerned about getting bogged down when trying to leave. The facilities were very limited and basic, one shower and one toilet for the whole site. The facilities were roughly made from chipboard. Doors didn't fit to the extent that someone sat on the toilet could be easily seen from outside. The £20 we were charged was far too high compared with other sites for the same price. We left a day early and asked for a refund for the last day but so far no replies to our email request.

So glad we found this place, it's such a perfect site for what we needed. Communication from the owner, Sasha, was brilliant from the start & made even better by her lovely friendly welcome when we arrived. Stayed September in a campervan with a toilet & shower but was a nice change to use "proper" facilities - especially for me having that little bit more room with my 5 month pregnant self!! Lovely young lady - daughter of owner I believe, showed us our pitch & explained where everything was Facilities available that we used: Electric hook up Chemical/toilet waste disposal Showers - which were powerful & more importantly - HOT! Even a few toiletries left out which was a nice touch. Toilets - very clean & well maintained There was a small games room which looked really cool & cosy - unfortunately we didn't use these as we were so knackered from walking all day we were looking forward to a hot shower & food! Pretty little site, very well maintained & excellent value for money. Would definitely stay here again & recommend to anyone coming through, in fact we have to our friends due up in a few weeks. We hadn’t seen that motor homes weren’t encouraged, but the lovely owner was very honest with us, we could stay but at our own risk. The campsite was very well maintained and very quiet. The toilets were clean, with added little extras like bin bags, washing up liquid and shampoo. Very reasonable rates.
