Huge complex with oportunties for sport , swimming in pool or sea if the weather is good. Near, abaut 1000 mtrs is Sozopol, interesting Oldtown and very restorants. So little place for car parking in complex.

We arrived for a week on 10th September , and 2 of the restaurants on site were closed , the large supermarket was closed , the music bar was closed , some of the sunbeds and tables were being taken away into storage ..... The place was nearly deserted ! I'm sure it will be great with some atmosphere in... More

When the brochure says about the steps, they're not kidding so be prepared for alot of steps around the site. Was very quiet generally and especially at night. There were five pools our favourite was pool 4 which has lovely views over the bay. There are two beaches just over the road, the sea was shallow and sandy. Easy taxi... More

This holiday works very well for us - we are a couple with 2 boys 14 and 9. We started coming here 5 years ago just because it ticks all of the boxes for us (well most anyway). 1. The cost is reasonable for a family of four during the 6 weeks holiday (around £2800). 2. It's self catering or... More

I could write a book on how bad the staff are. Instead I will just say this ...With the exception of the receptionists, the staff have perfected the art of passive aggressive indifference. I am English and can also speak French and Italian. I was met with blank faces and slow, inept service when I spoke English, French or Italian.... More

If you want a holiday of bars, nightclubs and noise til the early hours then don't come here. We definitely didn't want any of that so ended up here. An incredible complex with everything you could possibly want. The apartments are spacious and well appointed. The complex is massive but nothing is ever over crowded. There are five beautiful pools... More

This is our first trip to Bulgaria and didn't we choose the right place. The apartments are clean and ours overlooked the sea. Not all do and of you are further up the hill you could do some steep walking but there are shuttle buses running around the site all the time so no need to worry. All the pools... More

I have been visited Santa Marina several times as it's close to my partners family home. Yes I do agree that the reception staff are above themselves and are rather rude and a bit dim. However. I am shocked to find that some people are referring to the staff at security and other employees are rude and aggressive. For myself... More

Found this resort to be average, apartment was basic with air conditioning only in the main room and not yet bedroom which made for some uncomfortable sleeps. We requested a baby travel cot but this wasn't in the room for our arrival so we had to call again for this to be arranged and told we had to pay 10Euros... More
