Spent here two weeks with the family. Good location - first line from the beach. Good restaurant (Rose garden) right at the hotel's territory. Very cheap food and wine. Tomatoes and some white wines are definitely outstanding. Try Quantum sauvignon blanc and muscat by Edoardo Miroglio. Very helpful and affable staff. The problem is most of young people already can't...

Stayed for one week in a superior apartment. We got the apartment with the balcony just over the hotels entrance. The apt. was big, with one separate bedroom. Liked the athmosphere in the apt. because it didnt had tile floors everywhere that many other hotels of this type has. It was nice and clean, and housekeeping did a very good...

The hotel is ok, big rooms and great room cleaning and service, but too few sunbeds at the pool area, and many are reserving sunbeds by hanging towels on them from around 0700 in the morning!!! The all inclusive buffet is ok, but not very interesting, all in all almost the same food served thru the week. Another thing about...

I usually don't have bad words to give, but I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. If there is a problem the staff will just lie to you. Several straight up lies during our stay. The food is pretty bad, it gives of a school canteen feeling. Raw chicken and severly overcooked other foods. After 8 days I stopped eating...

The hotel is allright, but would definitely not rank him as a 4 star hotel. The good part is the swimming pool, very pleasant and quiet and it also offers good breakfast and has a nice restaurant outside. However, the furniture of the rooms is quite basic, in my room in particular there was constant smell of dampness even though...

Martinez is actually not a bad hotel. The rooms are spacious with quite new equipment, although definitely not luxurious. It's very clean. I would say even too clean, since daily change of sheets is excessive. I would prefer better drinks instead. Weak point is acoustics of the walls, if your kids are loud then all the block will hear them....

Following the awful tragedy at Tunisia, we had to rebook our holiday at short notice and opted for Hotel Martinez, Sozopol. With little options available, we had to cancel our original hotel booking and transfer flights. A bit of a carry on with Thomas Cook to be honest but we booked the hotel independently. The week leading up to the...

The hotel was family orientated and lively. There were many "3 generation" groups (grandparents, parents and grandkids). The atmosphere was friendly and upbeat and perfectly suited to families with kids. The hotel was busy and had great facilities (big pool, good size kids pool, nice bar, large restaurant), but small enough to give it a really personal feel, it was...

We booked one bedroom standard apartment. Although we requested to the travel agency a sea view apartment (for which they couldn't guarantee, we had to ask ourselves at the reception), at the reception they told us that for the sea view apartment we had to pay additional, which was not mentioned by our travel agency. It was given to us...
