Summer holidays in the captain's home! It is a renovated old stone house, the captain's house, and now we offer you 2 apartments on the same, 1st floor. One-Bedroom Apartment for up to 4 persons and studio apartment for 2 persons. Apartments are furnished with modern furniture and all amenities you need during the holidays. There is a great garden area with a grill and sitting area for our guests. Parking is nearby and free of charge for guests of Jakov Apartments. The sea and the beach are literally a few steps from Jakov Apartments. The house is situated in the pedestrian area, so you will get your piece of peace here. You will find this place just perfect for your holidays.

FInding th place was a challenge,even with a gps, but we stopped and asked for directions at the bakery and a lovely friendly lady helped us. Had to negotiate down a narrow raod and park in another driveway we had not spotted! But lovely host came to greet us and helped with luggage. Jakov apartment is very nice, clean and really very good equipped. The flat is completely renovated, located in nice old authentic house. The owner is very nice and helpful. Apt. is situated closed the sea. We spent here 12 nights. I can recommend this apartment.

We just spent 4 nights at the Jakov apartments and loved it. We had the larger apartment and it was splendid.
The apartment has everything you need.
Kata and Jakov were charming and welcomed us with fruit and water already in the apartment.
Kata made homemade apple strudel and shared it with us !! How delicious!!
Parking was just up the road and fantastic restaurants 2 min away. Konoba Karako and Andiamo delicious !!

Apartment was smart and well equipped and in a very good location but tricky to find. We were able to park closeby and walk to local restaurants on the sea front. Very nice friendly hosts. We enjoyed our stay.

Don't quite understand TA's system here. Jakov is rated #1 best value among Orebic' hotels, but you have to go to specialty lodging to find it. Regardless, it was a great place and certainly one of the best bargains around. We had been staying elsewhere in a small room and decided to move. Our apartment at Jakov was the opposite of small and half the price. It is in a 400 year old house that Jakov was born in. Our apartment consisted of a kitchen/dining room, a living room and a large bedroom. It even had a washing machine which was a great help as the weather was warmer than expected. The hosts were more than gracious. The fridge was stocked with fresh grapes, from the property, and a bottle of water. It is on a quiet little street, but within 5 mins walking distance of everything. The wifi is excellent and there is free parking. It is a little difficult to find so it might be best to park the car and find it on foot.

First, we have to thank Jakov and his wife for their incredibly warm hospitality. They took great care of us (my wife, our 3 years old son and me), without being intrusive. Almost every day they gifted us with fresh fruits directly from their nice garden. A day that our son was sick at home, Jakov's wife prepared for us pancakes served with Nutella and homemade jam: what an amazing surprise! About the flat, we have been there for 10 nights. It is really nice and literally 30 meters from the sea! There is everything you may need for a really nice stay: air conditioning, good wifi, kitchenware, a little garden where you can also use a barbecue and free parking near the house. In conclusion, Jakov Apartements is the perfect choice if you decide to visit Peljesac peninsula. Thank you and hope to see you again! Ciao Leonardo, Silvia, Niccolò

We really loved staying at Jakov Apartments in Orebic! The apartments were renewed, clean, functional and nicely furnished. Our 3 children could play in the courtyard, in the shadow of the vineyard, the sea was just a few steps away... But most of all we were charmed by the hospitality of the owners - they were kind, friendly and tolerant. Thank you!

Apartment is located very close to the beach. Big parinkg in shade is located near apartment. Beautifull garden with BBQ is in front of the house. Very helpfull owners will do everything to make you feel like home. Apartment is pet friendly.

Apt was clean, spacious, well-equipped. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. Private parking is available very close to the apartment, cosy garden and bbq...we enjoyed our stay extremely. We would recommend a day trip to viganj.
