A wonderful hotel. All the positive things you can imagine from a hotel are demonstrated in spades; service, food, grounds, rooms, views. Difficult to pin point any area of improvement. So, if you want a hotel that is all inclusive imagine what you want, and this place fulfilled each. Only a few cons and they are minor *** At the ala carte, you can't buy wine by the glass only by the bottle. That isn't great imo. **The gym. Bring in a few machines; chest, back, legs machines. Those who want a Push/pull, quick and out, with cross trainer can't do it. More machines needed for the size of the hotel. Too much space, few machines. Large number of dumbbells up to 30, but those on holidays just want a rapid, 30 mins round workout. Poor for a 5 star and not thought out. ***Bloody salt water pools and small. Bit blah as it stings after a while and not really suitable for a mess about due to the eyes stinging. Only me I imagine!!! ***Sadly, there not enough subeds, so you have to wake up at stupid o'clock to secure one. They need to re evaluate capacity vrs sunbeds. It's an irritation but we got over it, and just managed by getting up early. Summary..........a hotel with a real difficulty to pick holes in. Fact. Plus, great vegan range and stable WiFi. Any poor reviews, imo is difficult to justify as we are quite picky and don't tolerate poor service or poor food.

Nikitas killed us with his Functional Fitness class, but it felt amazing in the cold pool afterwards. Definitely recommend. The yoga classes with Jenni are also brilliant. Vinyasa flow and sunset yoga well worth it.

This hotel is stunning, the location , service and appearance all tick the boxes! I had recommended this to clients previously and had high expectations which they delivered on! Despite covid our party of 12 people were accommodated for at every point of contact. Having read reviews of influencers being treated differently I didn’t see this at all so don’t let this put you off. The hotel was at full capacity however the service at restaurants, bars , reception all maintained to the highest level. The food was excellent in all restaurants, the main buffet was excellent and never disappointed. We had a superior sea view room which gave us an amazing view over the coastline. With the location being on the peninsula you benefit from a breeze which was lovely. My only criticism would be the evening entertainment was impacted by the local lockdown so music was not played as much in the evening, we would of liked more but appreciate that this was out of the hotel control. Mentioning some staff that stood out - Alex in guest relations such a lovely lady, Lily and Alex on the entertainment team really accommodating to our older teenagers, and of course Jannis the general manager who checked on us most days! Thank you for a wonderful stay - highly recommend the beautiful hotel!

Just back from our stay at Seaside Resort & Spa where our stay didn’t go quite to plan. Following some mild symptoms within a few days of arrival, my husband tested positive for Covid - the hotel management were absolutely amazing; pending the authorities intervening, they ensured my husband was able to quarantine safely and the children and I were able to isolate separately. We were provided with no end of food and drink and regularly checked upon. Once my husband was transferred to a (horrid) quarantine hotel, the management truly stepped up in looking after me and our three children. Not required to isolate (for a number of reasons) we were upgraded to a suite which truly put a smile back on our children’s faces and meant we could enjoy what was left of our much looked forward to break (sadly without my husband) Every day the Service Manager in the restaurant asked after my husband, the manager and duty manager regularly checking in on how we all were. The service throughout our ‘experience’ was truly outstanding. The food was excellent with the self service buffet the best I’ve experienced with a range to cater for all tastes (including our fussy children’s) The views from the hotel are spectacular and the suite we were upgraded to was out of this world. I can’t thank the management and staff of Seaside Resort & Spa enough for all that the my did for us. I hope we can come back soon to experience your hospitality with my husband.
